I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing. My sewer line collapsed and I needed it fixed asap. I initially hired a different company (without gathering a few bids) who fix the apparent issue but of course they found more damage that needed fixing as well. For the additional repair I contacted several companies to gather bids this time. Mr Rooter came out to evaluate the next day and presented me with a very reasonable bid and even dropped their price to match the lowest bid I received (which is MUCH appreciated as a full time student). Mason took time out of his night to walk me through the repair, financing options, and answer my many questions. Additionally, he helped repair the sprinkler lines damaged in the sewer line replacement. Mason really went above and beyond for this customer - highly recommend!

I can not say enough bad things about this company. The day before Easter they came to snake my main drain. They didn't look for my cleanout and said they would have to go through the toilet. The toilet R&R would be $150 extra. They pulled the toilet and their machine would not work. They said they would be back the next morning. Easter morning. They did not bother to replace the toilet or plug the sewer line. The next morning the sewage backed up through the unplugged drain. The repair cost was a little over $100,000.00 to my finished basement. They then lied to my insurance company saying they showed up after the backup, THEY CAUSED. DO NOT USE MR. ROOTER AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THEM.

Jamie was so kind and helpful. I feel like I made a friend by the end of the day! Not to mention they got me in so quickly where other companies wanted to make me wait a week!!! Will call them again for all my plumbing needs

We called hoping it was just cleaning a drain pipe and it quickly escalated to an entire sewer line from just inside the house to the street. They started small hoping it would be fixed with a 10 ft opening near the street, camera again run through the line and it showed pooling just inside the house at our front door area. I appreciate that they took it in baby steps hoping to save us time and money but they were awesome to work with from start to finish. We felt very comfortable with Mason, his knowledge and expertise was beyond his years for sure! He helped in every way he could. The others that came to dig trenches and lay pipe, jack hammer basement floor, all were very polite, clean and hard working. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone but I do hope your plumbing problems don't escalate to the full sewer line replacement! LOL

I was shocked to find out how bad my sewer lines were. No chance in fixing the pipes, I needed replacement. Seth was pleasant and explained everything to me and I felt better after listening to him. I could tell he felt bad for me and did all he could to apeese me. I didn't like the price, but I checked around and I believe that I did a good job selecting Mr. Rooter.

I will start with the fact the tech's work was good and the price for the job that was done was fair. However my experience as a whole was not great. I put an inquiry in online and got a pretty quick phone call, which got disconnected in the middle of. Instead of trying to get ahold of me again, they sent a tech, which I knew from a text I got, without verifying that I was available or even wanted them to come (and we had already gone over that what I wanted was preventative, not an emergency before the disconnect). I called them back and they canceled it but they were very pushy about it all, not leaving me a lot of room for questions. We did get a time set up and the tech came in the 2 hour window without issue. Like I started with, the work itself was great. We wanted a 2nd opinion on a big issue we had gotten from another plumber, and they agreed and showed me why it needed to be done, and I do agree I need to do something about it. However, it's very pricey and not something that needs to be done today. The tech was very pushy about it, glossing over the cheaper option without telling us the price on that until he was about to leave, saying he wouldn't recommend it. The cheaper option was almost 1/3 of the price and it is a valid option, but I kept being pushed financing and payment options, despite my husband and I both saying not today. He kept telling me it's slow so he could do it now and tried to knock off a little, but the cost even with a little off is still a lot to stomach and I'm not up for taking on the equivalent of a car payment in financing without even thinking it through. Between the pushy phone call, a tech started being sent without my consent, and then very pushy sales, I just can't recommend them to be used with the lack of customer service.

The Tech (can't remember his name) was very polite, professional and engaging. He answered all my questions very much to my satisfaction.

Beau was exceptional. He was professional, quick, kind, and had a personal interest in making sure everything was perfect. I would recommend his services any day.

These guys will set an appointment time with you and not show up. I took time off of work for no reason. After reading through several other reviews, it appears they do this all the time.

He was very polite and he explained everything he did and what could possibly come up in the future. I appreciate he treated us with respect. I have always had plumbers that think they can get over on me. He did not totally recommend

I called to schedule an appointment to snake some toilets in our house. A man picked up the phone and I explained the problem and then he asked for my information and again asked me what the problem was. At this point I was not going to explain again as he didn't listen originally so I hung up.

Jamie was very polite, willing to answer any questions, thoroughly explained what he was doing, and went over the proper usage of the machine. All very helpful for me!

Zero stars, they said they would be there for a burst pipe same day but never showed. I called multiple times to find out when they were coming and everyone kept saying they are on their way, we watched out the window with water off all day for a busted pipe but no one showed, wasted a whole day waiting on this company and should have called someone else, very disappointing. The last time I called just before 6pm that day, she said no one was coming, maybe tomorrow, they had only put out a call that morning to see if a plumber could come, that no one should have ever told us we were confirmed, yet I talked to at least 6 people throughout the day that all said you are confirmed, they're on their way, very dishonest.

The worst service I've ever contacted. Falsely promises a very convenient appointment date/time. No call no show. Sends out a different appointment time out of nowhere after missing the first appointment (which they also don't show up for or call). No communications whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional. Called the office multiple times that no one is coming to the appointment. They just keep saying they'll get someone to call me back to give me an eta. No one ever calls back, no one comes to the appointment. This business is a joke.

Wayne and David worked very hard and diligently from start to finish. They had positive attitudes through out the whole process. I have an old home that had drum traps. The upstairs bathtub was not draining. So we all know the drum trap had to be replaced with up to date plumbing (p-trap). This was a quite a monster 👹 😳 to replace because of were and how it was located. They had very little room to work with having all the other pipes in the way. Their great attitudes gave me reinsurance that I would have my bathtub 🛀 back in working order the same day. I was very pleased and happy 😊. I would recommend this crew and Mr. Rooter to all. They also cleaned very well. You wouldn't even expected I had work done, with all the cutting they had to do to get to the plumbing and also removing the old. I called on a Sunday 3pm. Had a plumber at my house in an hour. The plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. Nobody want to deal with plumbing emergencies on a Sunday. Winston fixed the problem and cleaned up after.

Needed water heater fixed, the Plumber that came didn’t fix anything. Seemed like he was just trying to sell me parts/overcharge. Had to find a family friend to help out. Would not recommend or use Mr. Rooter again!

All techs were pros in their work and knowledge. All respected both homeowners and were willing to speak and explain the work to us. All were courteous. When the outside sewer line cleanout access ports are uncovered from dirt covering those ports, I am more than willing to give a five star.

Ethan did a great job. He was fast, honest, efficient and helpful.

Montana was very professional, timely and gave me a few cost options to consider.

Eagle quickly diagnosed our main issue and came up with a solution and a price the same day. The following day David started the work, and completed it within 2 days as promised. They were both respectful, communicative and a pleasure to work with.

Although this company was one of the few that would come out when I needed them. Once they arrived they had faulty equipment. The cable on the snake broke which caused the technician 2 hours to run back to the shop get another snake and return to my home. He spent all of 20 minutes working on the problem said it was fixed and left. They sent a man out to camera scope my main line which was never the problem.
It was the interior lines that were the issue.I received absolutely no result whatsoever because the drain is still backing up 2 days later. I was charged $350 for nothing. When I called two days later to get someone else out here, they refused to send a different technician than the one they had originally sent and they refused to honor their warranty. So I was ripped off by this company for $350 so they could do what any other company would have done for $100. Don't use Mr rooter if you want your plumbing problem solved and any kind of value for your money.

They came out a little early which was perfect for me. They were able to clear the clog and did an additional service to clean out the pipes completely. It’s an older home so it took some work. They almost made some good recommendations to keep our old pipes as clean as possible in the future. We’ll definitely use them for future plumbing emergencies

did nothing but waste my time. The first day they called to reschedule at the very end of the 2 hour arrival window. The next day called to confirm in the morning, and then didn't show up. I called 15 minutes after the 2 hour window to ask what was going on, and the tech showed up 30 minutes later, making excuses about the scheduling and jokes about being hungover. He failed to fix the problem and scheduled another person for the next day. The next day they called me 15 minutes after their 2 hour arrival window and said they had someone ready to send out, but at this point I had an appointment in an hour and it was too late (which I explained during scheduling the day before). I ended up calling Applewood and they arrived on time and fixed the issue with no problems.

Mr. Rooter did a great job replacing our sump pump and drain. The plumber Eagle, did an amazing job and explained everything to us thoroughly. I would definitely us them again.

Could not have had a worse experience. Missed multiple appointments, tried to overcharge for a simple task, then then completely messed up the work. I asked them to come out to review the work that was done and figure out how to fix it. Set an appointment between 9-11 this morning, received a call at 8:30 saying they would be there in 15 minutes. I waited an hour, called them, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. They then told me they didn't know where the technician was and would give me a call with a new estimated arrival time.

Just an absolute clown show of a company. Call anyone else for the work you need done.

Daniel P did a fantastic job of quickly resolving the issue and was also pleasant and interesting to talk with while he worked. Highly recommend him and Mr Rooter for any plumbing needs- very professional and thorough! I also got same day service for an urgent need.

Riley was a great tech, was actually early and great communication.

David the Plumber was very professional, on time and efficient. He explained my options without pushing. He also checked out my
hot water heater because of what was happening to my toilet. He replaced something in the toilet tank and all is well. He suggested
options for the future because my appliances are very old so I feel
much more educated than before. I highly recommend David the
Plumber.

Carson was amazing. He found our problem and fixed our problem. We were getting a horrible smell like sewer gas but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Carson knew right away. He was respectful of our home and worked extremely hard to get our drains unclogged. We are so happy with the results!!!

Had a clogged sink in basement. Called a different plumber originally but he did not have a snake long enough for my issue. Called Mr. Rooter and he had the tools necessary to unclog my sink in 20 min. Fantastic service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!

Our main line was backed up. We were told that someone would be out within the next two hrs. Hadn’t heard anything after two hrs. Then I was told that it needed to be reschedule. Finally someone came and cleared the drain but did not have the proper cap. Three different people have been out with ”the cap” however it has not been fixed and it is still leaking from where they made entry. Our floor is still covered in water and only one of the men wore covers on his shoes. There has been no communication between the three people they have sent out. One was a field supervisor and he left the house without saying anything to me. DO NOT USE THEM

I had a disaster with a broken water heater in the basement on the weekend, hot water everywhere. I called Mr Rooter and they came right away and called the restore company to get started. Professional, respectful, responsive. Thank you.

My company hired them for one of our rentals. Not only did they try to over charge for cleaning 2 lines, they never fixed the problem. Our tenant called later that night saying everything was still clogged. After 'scheduling' another appointment for the following day we were given a time frame from 8am to 5pm. After calling the following morning to get a better time frame they never called back and ultimately just put us off. Bottom line, call somebody else and save the hassle.

They sent someone out same day! Austin did a great job 👏 I would definitely call them again.

I had an appointment set with this contractor for 7-23-21 between 8am-10am which they did not arrive for.I took time off of work to be at this appointment, I got a call at 11am saying their tech called in sick and they needed to reschedule. Ok maybe I will believe that things do happen so we rescheduled for 7/27/21 between 12pm and 2pm. Again they did not arrive I got a call at 2pm saying they did not have an available crew. I again had to take work off for this appointment. Do not use this company they are overbooking and hoping for the best. I will be filing a claim in small claims court for my missed time as well as filing with the BBB. Update, Should have known they are not registered with the BBB.

I had Mr Rooter come out to install a kitchen faucet which I had already purchased last week. When I called to get a estimate on this common service I was told they weren’t able to even give me a range of what this would cost me. Turns out that the technician has this information available. The average rate for this service is about $250 on the hide side through Home Advisors site. I was quoted $330.66 for the job at that point I was stuck and needed to get the job done. I would stay far away from this company and they misinformation , shady business practice and overpriced services. I was sent a satisfaction survey by the company and said the same in this review asking to be contacted by the company, no response. So on top of everything they clearly are okay with these practice and don’t care about their customers. Again find another plumber

Called to have them check on low pressure on our shower / tub. Had to reschedule twice. Although they diagnosed correctly they quoted $600 to repair. They stated parts were the majority of the cost. A simple trip to Ace Hardware and $18 later, problem resolved. Giving one star because they were correct. But took off one star for ever $100 they were off.

David and Alex came in and were very professional and discerning with my orderly mother. They did a very thorough job and they were rapid in doing it. I really appreciated their concise work and professionalism. Any time I have a plumbing problem again I will use Mr. Rooter and ask for David and Alex again by name.

Plumber Jamie K. is an awesome human being and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Dispatch was able to get him to my home same day for a broken pipe repair.

I can't speak highly enough of the integrity and professionalism of their team. They came back for a floor drain repair and unclog faster than they said they might be able to. I'll add that they were one of only two companies that answered the phone or bothered to call back. I know things are busy everywhere right now, but at least return a call if you're lucky enough to get one, and I was able to talk to a person every time I had a question. Michael, Gabriel, Jaime and Daniel were all very responsive, honest and great to work with. Highly recommended.

Drain clog was cleared but was expensive. 350 for about 20 minute job. Faucet install was very expensive as well. 380.66. The faucet set I purchased (on my own) included a soap dispenser. The tech informed me he could not remove my old soap dispenser because it had to be cut out and he did not have the proper saw. After he left I noticed he did not even leave my new dispenser here. He took it with him. I probably would have declined both services but they were a day late and I had stayed home from the office for 2 days now and was not going to reschedule with another company for and waste a 3rd day.

They showed up and were great! Not only did they unclog our pipe and help me out with what we should do to make sure it doesn't happen again but he went above and beyond by talking to my HOA manager and helping get claification. So grateful for the help and the service.

Don’t recommend contacting them they have very bad customer service and they don’t care if there was property damage made when they came to fix the issue. They promised to get someone out to fix what was broken and never gotten it done. I Have called multiple times , with them stating to get a call back from them the next day or in a couple hours and we’ll they never call you back. I have been dismissed a couple of times saying to leave a message to get back to you later. DON’T RECOMMEND, FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

David was wonderfully responsive and came right away to help with my pipe emergency. He is knowledgeable and found the issue immediately. He worked diligently and came back the next day which was his day off and completed the repairs. I feel fortunate to have found him. He used great protocols to stay safe in the middle of this pandemic. I’m grateful and will use him in the future as any needs arise.

Eagle King was our technician and he was amazing. We had our entire house replumbed as our pipes were actually beginning to leak in more than one spot. So brittle some were cracking.. He explained to us everything he was going to do and spent 2 very long days working at our house. The work quality is just outstanding and I do know the difference. He was professional and did such great work I just can't recommend him enough. Mr Rooter is lucky to have him and so are we!

One of my toilet was clogged and none of the DYI tricks worked. Called them out and they unclogged it. Cost was right on point with what Home Advisor said is the national average, so the value was fair. Also, they actually arrived earlier than my appointment window.

Called due to drain problems. Things backing up all over. Turns out major issues with the original cast iron pipes. All had to be replaced. These guys checked all plumbing areas in our house. Daniel and Israel came last Friday to diagnose the problems. Shawn Myman and Kyle Foster came Monday and Tuesday and did the work. Great guys all very professional and courteous! Highly recommend

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I sat in front of the house for 1 hour when our appointment was scheduled, turns out it was scheduled for a different time that day even though the confirmation they sent us said otherwise. AFTER THAT, they moved the appointment for 2 hours later, then an hour later they sent a confirmation stating they rescheduled the appointment for a random time the following day without even contacting us. Called the company to ask what was going on and said “our supervisor is busy on another job today and there is nothing we can do for you”. Called a different company the same day and had everything handled within a couple hours in a professional manner AND a cheaper price. DO NOT USE this company.

They were available immediately on a Saturday morning! Our new hot water heater was up and running by 11:00 am. No fuss, super professional and a job well done.

Unreliable. Called for an emergency. They scheduled for next day. The next day no one called or came. I called again, they said, sorry plumber is servicing an emergency (not mine) and we will reschedule for next week. Hope this does not happen to you

Eagle King came and quoted a water softener price and explained what kind and size we needed. He came 3 days later and installed the system. He was awesome. They offer financing as well. Mr Rooter did an awesome job.

David Lacor (spelling) was professional, polite, and got the job done right. He made sure he fully understood the issue and quoted us a fair price upfront so we could make an educated choice. Thank you, David, for being awesome. We would definitely use this company again.

Everything was great but I needed to wait for an additional guy to arrive for the final inspection. The tech had to wait in his truck out in the cold. I see the point of wanting to do it right the first time but I felt bad for the tech since the job was really completed to my satisfaction. It’s the best experience I have had dealing with plumbing issues. I plan on using them again in future plumbing problems.

I had a PRV valve installed to my plumbing. The service was great and the young man David did a great job explaining what was going on and what to look for. He worked fairly fast and efficient. Can't say enough nice things about the service. My only issue is that I do believe that to coat for this PRV was too expensive versus what others charge for the same service.

I could not recommend Mr. Rooter less. They scheduled my appointment, rescheduled it for 3 days later on the day of the original appointment (only a few hours prior), then did not show for the rescheduled appointment. Once I was able to get in touch with the dispatcher they informed me they were unable to do the work. I rearranged my schedule two times to accommodate them and still don’t have the job done. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend Mr. Rooter.

We had called as soon as we opened because of a clog in our main pipe, this was urgent as employees were beginning to arrive. Called Mr. Rooter, Abe and Alex showed up within 30minutes, They were friendly and were able to get us answers and solve the problem in less than 30 minutes! I called 15 companies, most listed under repair services and weren't. I thought the price was too HIGH, but under the circumstances, (lack of other responses), I wanted it done NOW, I paid it. He was nice enough, done with the job in under an hour and there were no leaks.

We had a leakage from a pipe at a point that was hidden within a drywall that spread through the walls and subfloor down to lower level. Shawn Nyman came over and diagnosed the problem. He was very thorough and patient in addressing many concerns we have how to avoid leaks in future and mold issues. He recommended a great restoration company that we called to deal with mitigation tasks and insurance claim etc. Shawn gave us great recommendations on an overdue water heater replacement, and also diagnosed the sewer gas issue from a recent plumbing work where the plumber had not installed a studer valve. Great guy and great company! We always call them for our plumbing problems, which we had a ton over past year.

I’ve had to call these guys twice within the last 3 months for plumbing emergencies. They’ve been able to fit me into their busy schedules on both occasions. They’re always friendly, helpful & do a great job!

Francisco was exceptional. He worked really hard with us to find the issue that’s been plaguing us for months. He also made time to actually find and fix the issue today instead of making us wait. He even found a bigger problem and talked to our HOA about it.

Tenetke was truly amazing, Along with David! They were honest, as fast as they could be with the amount of work needed and so respectful! As a stay at home mom off two, they made me feel so comfortable and did an incredible job!!!!

The tech was outstanding however, the quote of $600. to replace an outside facet was outrageous! This is at max a 1 hour job with easy access on the interior. Works out to be approx. $450. per hour! This is not rocket science. Felt like I was being taken advantage of for this repair. Be careful.

From the time of my first call through arrival of the technician, communication was excellent. Our technician Roy Miller arrived when expected and was professional and friendly. The quality of service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

TLDR: They are dishonest and unprofessional.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain, so I made an appointment with Mr. Rooter on Tuesday morning. They sent a plumber to hydro jet my pipes, and he did that Tuesday afternoon. He told me everything was working, and I was late for some plans (it was after 5) so I naively trusted him and paid. When I tried to use my sink later that night, I found that not only was the clog not fixed, but he caused a leak that he didn't fix. Not to mention the huge mess he left, including getting dirty water from the drain all over everything under my sink.

I called right away on Wednesday morning to get them to come back and fix the clog and the new leak they caused. They sent the same guy out that afternoon, and this time his story changed. He said that now they had to replace the pipes all the way to the main line. The window in which he was supposed to arrive was 12 - 2, but he showed up after 3:30 and he didn't have the correct tools, so he told me that he would setup an appointment at 8AM the following morning.

At 8:45AM on Thursday morning, I hadn't heard anything so I called Mr. Rooter to find that he never setup an appointment. At this point, I decided that I needed to use a different company that wouldn't be dishonest and unprofessional.

Bottom line, they were dishonest multiple times, late, and unprofessional. Do not use them.

I would have given 5 stars but for the over-$500 price for reinstalling the holt water heater. The journey to accomplish that was 2 steps from my attached garage, directly into the laundry room, the place of instillation. What gives with the outlandish price of this? Since I had been without hot water for 5 days, I needed to relent and accept the service AND the price.

Sean Nyman from Mr. Rooter explained everything very thoroughly and repaired the pipe quickly. After repairing the pipe he told us what to look for in case more services were needed, rather than trying to charge us for it right away. Highly reccommend!

Called Mr. Rooter to fix hot water heater. Took a week to actually get the part needed, & make it back out. Up & working now. No charge due to wrong parts & miscommunications. We appreciate the time & efforts made on our behalf. THANK YOU!!

The Mr Rooter serviceman was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very careful in his diagnosis of my water heater’s problem and repaired it at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.

Ladies, they have special price gouging rates for you, and an inability to appropriately explain charges. They wouldn't return our calls for about a month. My husband had to deal with them since they clearly had no intention of giving me the time of day. Don't use these guys, they're crooks.

These guys came and got the job done. Took a few times and a few different technicians but the problem has been resolved and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Our technician was Davion, and he was very good. He explained my estimate and what he would be doing before I gave him the go ahead. He flushed our hot water heater, and everything went as planned.

We had a backup that needed immediate attention and Mr. Rooter was here to fix our problem the following day. The job took several days and the staff at Mr. Rooter couldn't have been better. Many thanks to Jacob Smyth, Jacob Marquez, Tyler and Ramon Marquez for all the help and great work! Highly recommended.

The tech was nice and qualified. But the price was ridiculous. 215 for 20 minutes work? (Talked down from 265). I was having other work done so I accepted to save time, but I will never recommend or call them again.

I felt like the cost was pretty high. They did end up cutting my electricity and so we had to wait ALL day for that to be repaired. Overall I think they did a good job.

I will give 1 star because I do not have a non star option. Schedule a service, it was changed twice. By the time the window was ending I called than they said oh, your appointment changed I asked if they could come for sure, they answered No w cannot come, I lost 5 hours, my whole Sunday waiting for this unprofessional company that not even called me. After I got mad and said I will put a feedback on google, they said No need to do that'. After 10 minutes they called me saying It was a miss-communications and a tec can go there now... I was done with this company. Shame on you.

I called inquiring about getting a camera down to see the pipes leading to my sewer line. They said they would be out between 12-2 on Friday. They called me at 2:45 and cancelled because the plumber was at another job that was taking longer. They rescheduled for Monday at 830 and around 930 I called them asking them where they were at and they said “oh we will send the technician now”. I cancelled because I just worked a 13 hour shift and rescheduled for the next day. I get a phone call with text sayin the technician was on their way and then after an hour they call again saying the technician was on their way. I cancelled all together because of incompetence and for being unprofessional. I didn’t even get an apology. Very disappointed

Mr.Rooter sent out their technician Micheal. It was difficult to find out where the drain was clogged because our house is not plumbed according to code. He diligently went through the piping until he found and released the clog. Micheal is friendly and personable; he is knowledgeable and a hard worker. We will use your service again! And we will ask for Micheal!

A few days ago, the Mr. Rooter service guy came to help us to unclog drain and cleaned up inside and out. What a great job he did, So did the camera guy Mike, they were true dedicated professionals!.

Mr. Rooter did a great job. Marco, in particular, did a fantastic job, esp. the work he did cleaning up after himself! There are some small issues that still need resolving, but I feel certain that Jacob will see to their completion. So thanks, Mr. Rooter!

Just what we needed! We had a plumbing disaster and I called Mr. Rooter and we had a technician at our home within an hour. Our technician was David LaCour and he was thorough, explained everything that was happening, and had it all completed quickly. He even helped me get a water damage expert to the house to help with the drywall that had gotten wet. Mr. Rooter will be our go-to plumber from now on!

Stavontae was such a pleasure to work with. He was on time, very professional, gave a quote that was not astronomical, he also left the area cleaner than he had found it. Mr Rooter did an outstanding job on my gas line repair. Thank you so much!

The advertisement was $99.00 for a drain cleaning and was complete false advertisement. We called to schedule an appointment because our main drain was backed up and we can not use any water in the house. The advertisement said $99.00 which was what we paid through another company last year, the initial appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am, but then they called me back to reschedule for 1:00 pm due to a “technical glitch”, they just got here at 4:00pm and did not even call us to let us know they would be 3 hours late, my husband had to call them around 2:30 to find out what was going on. The plumber than showed up looked at the drain and said it would cost $590.0” for him to remove the toilet and snake the drain, which would take anywhere between 15-30 minutes total, my husband then said he would remove the toilet and the plumber would just have to snake the drain, and the plumber told him it would then cost us $390.00 for no longer than 15 minutes of work!!! So my husband quickly showed him the door, and called the company which basically agreed with the plumber and did not even attempt to explain the false advertisement or apologize for the waste of a whole day due to their poor scheduling. I STRONGLY ADVISE anyone looking for a simple plumbing job to move onto the next company because this company has no $99.00 drain cleaning special, it is a lie to get you to use their services who will then waste your whole day and hope you will pay them 5X the amount that’s advertised. They have no consideration of the customers time or needs!

I liked that they sent a picture of the tech who was coming. David was fast, educational, and right on time. He took care of the problem, explained what went wrong, and was a genuinely nice guy.

Same day the plumber came out. When I called the plumber was 45 minutes out. Great operator to schedule this repair and the plumber was awesome. Great company and help! Thank you Mr. Rooter!

Richard came when they said he would the very next day😁 We had a drain clog and with our old pipes, it may happen again. But when it does, I’ll call Mr Rooter again because I know they’ll do a professional job.

I do not recommend this place they leave a mess , after calling them three times and having them come out three different times not only did they not solve the problem but overcharged for putting the camera through and not having any results of what the issue is,We’ve thrown a lot of money away only to have the plumbing problem worse , I mean I could’ve left it completely alone and it would not be flooding my basement every day. Not to mention when a plumber supposed to be here from 1 to 3 and then they show up at 6:30 7 o’clock. I feel like I’m waiting on a slacker cable Guy. I don’t like to leave bad reviews unless it’s so bad that it is affecting my life with bad service. And that is the case. 👎

If I could give a 0 star I totally would! Josh is very unprofessional & really rude. I had questions & he said it wasn’t his problem & he doesn’t care. If you could get anybody else I totally would.

We have an older commercial building that had sewer issues and Israel, Teneka and team took care of the problem, it wasnt easy and it wasnt cheap but the problem is solved which we are grateful for as it had been an issue for five years since we purchased this building.

After listening to the service man tell me 3 times he is a professional plumber, he told me I would need either a brand new toilet or all of my plumbing needs replacing and my water would be shut down for 5 hours. I did some research and replaced the fill valve for $6.00 BEWARE

Website said Clear any drain $99 Special through the end of the month. Then a supervisor showed up, followed by the plumber. (hmm, 2 against 1, sounds more like used car salesmen). Oh, no that does not apply here, it will be $350 to clear your Tub Drain...can you say BAIT and SWITCH. No thanks, I'll do it myself.

Bait and switch alert!! Their $99 drain cleaning special for June is actually a sewer line cleaning which in my mind are 2 totally different things. I even told the person on the phone that I would be using their coupon for cleaning my kitchen drain. She said 'ok' and that I should let the plumber know as well. He came out and gave us a quote for $350. When I explained that I had the coupon he told me I could not use it. When I told him that the booker said I could use the coupon he called in to his company to listen to my phone call recording, great I thought, they will honor what their representative promised. Nope, he said he wouldn't do it and promptly left. I probably would have met him in the middle but he didn't offer. I'm not trying to pull one over on you. So thanks for wasting my time.

You guys did some major work at a neighbors house near 100th and Wadsworth area and left a huge mess of dirt all down the road from digging up the yard that is still there and whoever used the fire hydrant didn’t put the cap back on.
