Tipping Hat replaced a 40 year old boiler that had finally called it quits in one of my apartments. As a landlord, I have the opportunity to work with many different service companies, so I have a great sense for what is 'normal' for these kinds (plumbing, electric, etc.) of repairs. In short, Tipping Hat absolutely blew me away with the incredible service they provided on many different dimensions of the job.- The person they sent to diagnose my 'dead' boiler was unbelievably knowledgeable and had clearly exhausted every possible option for a less expensive repair.- The office staff I worked with to arrange a payment plan were surprisingly kind and efficient.- The site manager was also kind, capable, and efficient as well.- Finally: I know it is super weird to say this about plumbing, but the installation, itself, was actually beautiful... almost elegant. (To me: good plumbing is always perpendicular or parallel to itself and walls/ceilings, has joints that are free of sloppy soldering or scorch marks, and looks like everything there is 'intentional' (vs. just tied in to existing piping because it was faster or more convenient.) This work was good in all of those ways but was also (seriously) next level in that all parts were re-arranged so that they would be easier to operate and eventually replace. I literally took a picture to show my wife. It was amazing.Thanks to Tipping Hat for reminding me what AMAZING service and quality look like in an installation like this. You'll be my first call for any plumbing, heating, or electrical issue at home or in my apartments.

Sammy and Ian have did multiple projects for my home. They are fair when they price and go well beyond what is expected from their services. I would recommend their services to be the first call when dealing with any pumping.

I had a leaking water line and I called the King Rooter & Plumbing. And the technician came to my house in less than an hour. He fixed the problem and charged me reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

It was a Saturday evening after business hours and I found that the toilet would not flush. I panicked as we only have one bathroom. I got my iPad out ,looked up plumbers and started calling all of them that advertised 24 hr service. The first two on the list could not come out until the next day, the next number just never answered, then I called Rotor Rooter. The person that answered the phone was so sweet and polite and told me she could get someone out within 4 hrs. It wasn't even 5 minutes later and the dispatcher called to tell me that the plumber was on her way. Celina #5374 was so nice explained things to me and had the toilet working in 10 minutes. I really would recommend this company and this particularly this plumber to anyone that asked.I can't thank them enough.Marlene

We've used them twice now. They've always helped out really quickly and they're very professional. We previously used Smith who wanted us to wait 3-4 weeks. Roto-rooter showed up within a few hours. Smith didn't do the job correctly and had to come back 2-3 times to fix their own mistakes. We never had that problem with Roto-Rooter. Cannot recommend them enough.

From beginning to end these guys are the real deal. Johnathan is a genuine and detailed-oriented expert. They give you options and the inside scoop on what to do. Very reasonable price and comes promptly. Have used them a few times now and will continue to do so. Also, Isaac taking my call in the beginning was helpful as well.

Service was great and thorough until I got quotes. A thermal expansion tank replacement for $928, $1427 for a pressure valve, smoke test $924 and $359 for scoping. We ended up scoping because we initially thought there was an issue with our shower and needed to do that at the time.Their employees are fantastic but their price gouging is outrageous.

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

very disappointed in this company. paid them to work on two separate homes. after I list one of the homes for sale and something comes back on inspection, they do not stand by their work. customer service or reception is extremely rude. will not use this company in the future. would not recommend.

Very friendly and professional

Luis and Manny did an excellent job of inspecting my furnace and shutting down my swamp cooler for the season. They were professional, friendly and provided me with very useful information about the possibility of replacing my water heater. I would highly recommend them.

Online scheduling was very easy. My technician (John K) was professional, knowledgeable, and able to do a complicated replacement of my old water heater/gas line. He made sure I understood proper care and maintenance to prolong the life of my new heater. John also identified a problem with my main water shut off valve that I was not aware of. I would not hesitate to have him come out again, and am happy to recommend this business.

Great service and very professional!

Our toilet backed up, and we needed a plumber to unclog it. We called IPC at about 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and they showed up at 3:30 and had the clog cleared in about 10 minutes. Great service!
