My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.

This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.

James was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything and was focused on getting the problem solved as opposed to trying to upsell in the process.

He installed a water flow restrictor, rechecked the pressure and cleaned up.

We've had these guys come out a few times for plumbing issues. Very fast and professional. They may charge a bit more than a handyman, but you're getting their knowledge, guarantees, ect... Would recommend!

Bruce, understood exactly what was going on in the house. Pretty much walked us through what needed to be done. Also, he didn't have any problems fixing the drain. John assisted Bruce a few days later. Overall, I'd recommend this company. Ask for Bruce!

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I had a plumbing pipe repair done by them. Their team is super skilled and friendly.

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

Donovan gave a really good example of why my drain keeps clogging and gave a reasonable course of action I could take to possibly have the drain repaired for the long term. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a floppy sink faucet at no cost. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
