Gilbert at Quality Plumbing came out when he said he would, and cleaned out our main sewer line. He even restarted the washer for me, all for a very reasonable price. He also gives tips and advice just in case there's an easy solution to your problem. As long as he's in business, he'll have our business.

Hyper flow sent Jeremy out quickly after a clogged drain resulted in water spilling out onto the floor after doing a load of laundry. Jeremy was on time, professional, and quickly determined the source of the problem and got it fixed. Have done several loads of laundry since he left with no issue. Highly recommend Hyper Flow and Jeremy.

Needed our bathroom sink drain cleaned out and our p-trap replaced. Sasha was great to work with from start to finish. He called me back within an hour and was able to come the next day. He was able to come even earlier than he originally predicted and was super communicative and efficient. Sasha did a great job at a reasonable price and even cleaned the area before he left. Highly recommend!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

When our home water heater broke in the middle of the night, we turned to WHE to replace it. Their staff was extremely friendly and professional and got our water running again with a new one. We truly appreciate all of their help and highly recommend them to others. Thank you so much!!!!

Kitchen/washing machine line/basement drainage backup issue: Contacted Roto-Rooter day of finding the issue. The representative I called had good news and could have someone out to me between 2:50 and 4:50pm. I was contacted by the dispatcher at/around 3pm and she indicated the tech was behind but would call me a half hour before his arrival. At 5:13pm I was contacted by the same dispatcher apologizing but indicating that the tech was still running behind but would contact me an hour to a half hour before the tech was out. At 7pm I still had not heard anything so I called again and the representative couldn't get me over to dispatch so he said he would walk over to dispatch and have them call me. I appreciated that. Dispatch contacted me about 15 minutes later. The night shift had taken over and the gentleman I spoke to apologized and indicated that the soonest the tech could come out is between 9:30pm and 11pm. The day had a lot of main line drain issues and it was an unexpected delay, as I was told. I agreed and waited.I'll stop here for a moment and say two things. The likely problem for the lack of roto-rooter following up with in the 7pm hour was a shift handover process it appears. Second, though I understand that is the likely issue for lack of contact, I am not happy about this fact.Given that I was helped when I contacted them again, I can't say it wasn't handled in the best way possible given the mistake. I waited till 9:30 and the tech called, apologized and came over to address my problem.Here I will say that Kyle was a great tech and at the late hour helped me clear the line and give me solutions for preventing the issue in the future.Summary:Cons:Expensive: Around three hundred dollars for rooting of the kitchen drain to the main.Waited a very long time for the tech to arrive. Multiple delays and communication problems.Pros:Onsite tech Kyle resolved the issue and provided maintenance solutions moving forward as well as cleanup suggestions.Customer support addressed the communication problem.

Had a broken hose spigot in our back yard and tried to fix myself. Ended up busting up the pipe in the process. Originally called Sunday morning around 9:30 and was told they would have someone out from 12-4 that afternoon. Unfortunately they were not able to make it out due to there not being any reps available on a Sunday afternoon and evening. But they called and updated me with the status every 1:30 mins. So it wasn’t a huge surprise but it was disappointing that they waited until 6 pm on a Sunday to tell me that they wouldn’t have anyone out that evening so I had a time scheduled for the next morning. So my wife and I were without water in our house for about day and a half. The next morning Kevin S came out and was able to quickly identify where the issue was and fixed it within 2 hours. Top notch service as well, and minimal repair work to do to my wall. The overall experience was good and I would use RotoRooter again.

This company is a straight shooter. Won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Super respectful as well. Will be returning for any future needs

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
