The crew was fantastic. On time and very quick less than a day. No issue with the inspection. Very reasonable cost to replace my main drain in the street. Highly recommended them.

I paid for the diagnostic test on my faulty AC unit but will not be using them because they gave outrageous prices for a fix as well as replacement unit. Please evaluate the going rate for AC unit repairs and replacements because you quoted twice as much as other companies I've gotten quotes from.

Great guy who was very helpful right from the start. Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.

The leak they found was in our irrigation system, and plumbers don't do irrigation - sprinkler companies do. However, the guys that came were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and accurate. The service call charge was reasonable, especially considering they found the root of the problem. I would use this company again.

We had a great HVAC replacement experience with Tipping Hat. Michael Lia was upfront and very helpful. The installers, Benjamin Breno, Romeo Sandoval, and Juan García were punctual, thorough, polite and efficient. They got a lot of work done in just one day! We also got a free a/c upgrade because of a stock issue on their end. They could’ve easily just postponed the install until our model was back in stock and we wouldn’t have been any wiser, but instead they were honest and stuck to the install date even though it cost them money. I highly recommend their services!

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

I recommend not using! I am a new female homeowner and they took advantage! I had called for a simple snake clear out. The tech ended up breaking it in the drain. He called his manager and he came out 45 mins later I came outside wondering the problem I was informed what happen and it would be 6000 they can start today because I’m no longer in service. After not agreeing they came back with 3000 just to dig and find out more of the issue. I asked to speak to manager Augustin and he was very rude I asked for his number and he said no I can deal with the guy who came out. I needed time to figure out options after a week I reached out to Augustine no return call or anything it’s been a month. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them! Known to break snakes in the drain

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

I would most definitely recommend 1st response plumbing. Ilya is a awesome guy, he is very quick and you can tell that he loves what he is doing, and he takes pride in his work, which is very rare these days.

Alex helped us out with a water leak in a spot that was difficult to access. When the slow drip turned into a fast flow he was able to change his schedule and get to us 45 minutes later. And when the job was completed he told us it was easier than expected so he would charge us less than the price he quoted. Great work, completed quickly and at a competitive price. We will use Alex again.

David is a good professional plumber. He assessed the problem with my sump pump, offered me solutions and worked with me to find the most sensible and affordable choice.

The scheduling team were wonderful getting me an appointment on a packed busy day, even when I had so many time issues that they had to work around. I was very appreciative to received a call 20 minutes before Matt my service tech showed up. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to check, fix and gave me helpful suggestions and recommendations to use for better upkeep with my furnace. At no time did he make me feel uncomfortable or try to sell me problems that I didn’t have. Plumbline and especially their staff get a 5 star review from me. I totally recommend them to everyone. Horrible experience with Dion. Please call someone else. They wont give you prices over the phone and then show up and way overcharge you. Quoted me at $600 hr. Do not call these scammers.

We do marijuana here, anything else they say about me is a lie. The company harassed and threatened me over text message.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.

Went with Home Depot water heater replacement and got Delta. My basement is a little tricky to maneuver big items and Plamen did a great job getting it done quickly but also safely. Also took time to not damage carpets etc.
