I can not thank Thomas enough. Our boiler was literally exploding New Year’s Day of 2022. He came all the way to evergreen to look at it and it was all replaced a day and a half later. I’m pregnant and the negligence of this homes previous owner could have killed us. Today we woke up with no heat. Thomas answered my call and came out right away. He fixed the issue promptly and was able to restore our heat. I can’t recommend him enough. I will forever use Thomas for all our heating and plumbing needs.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

These guys were awesome! Daniel Rodriguez and Dario Sanchez were out for backed up sewer line, they both really went above and beyond to ensure the issue was taken care of. We have had other companies out before for the same issue and never received the the level of service these guys brought with them! We would definitely recommend using them, and if we ever have any issues again they will be my first phone call.

After a not so great experience with another company, King Rooter and Plumbing came to my rescue. They answered my call on short notice and installed a water heater at half the price of what I was quoted by a competitor. Came out and did a great job unblocking drain. Was a tough job in crawl space and unfavorable conditions. They stuck thru it and worked till 8:00 in the evening making it happen. Would certainly call again.

I just want to give a big thanks to Mark and his son Dion for all their advice and help they have given me. They are honest and genuine professionals. IPC Plumbing team is a company you can trust and know they will get the job done. Mark always stands by his word and explains the process making sure you are comfortable with the work being done. You guys are always my go to for all my plumbing needs.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.

I have used Delta Mechanical twice for water heater installations and have been very statsfied with the work and installers. I like the fact that you can get one put in on the same or next day. This time Plamen did an excellent and detailed install with clear explanations. He also replaced an old valve on the spot when we asked him to. Since the water heater he replaced was under warranty he brought it back to Home Depot and picked up the new one. I feel we received excellent customer service from Delta as well.
