Darrell did a fantastic job taking the time to explain and help us decide on a new water heater. We have some unique setups in our house such as a circulating pump and he kept us appraised at each step only replacing the items that we needed replaced.Thanks to the Done team for being our plumbing and HVAC team for the last 11 years.

The Drain Terrier team has been a critical player in our kitchen remodel including replacing our 30 year old water heater and installing a new faucet and garbage disposal. I purchased A/C and furnace from Adian Sarajlija at Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Installed A/C unit and furnace on 10/20/2020. The humidifier fell off the furnace on 10/22/2020. I called the Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric, at 5:07 PM. The humidifier was detached from the vent, left a big hole on the vent; I stated water pouring out of the humidifier water pipe and send those pictures to their [email protected] as the receptionist asked. Tipping Hat's plumper, Brian called and instructed me how to turn off the water pipe valve. He asked me to use cardboard to seal the hole on the vent. I moved out all the boxes and drying out the floor, and Duck taped the hole with cardboard that night. On 10/23 morning, I called Tipping Hat at 9:00 am to ask when the technician would fix the problem. They told me it would be 10/26 that Monday. I was shocked by their response to their brand new customer who even has a 4-year service package with all new A/C and furnace just installed a couple of days ago. So here I am writing my first review. What should I do? I will be updating you later.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

I needed 2 water shut off valves to be replaced and Alex is definitely one of the most professional individuals I have interacted with. He was well coordinated and communicated everything in a timely fashion. There were absolutely no surprises with the cost, whatever he quoted initially during the estimate was what he charged at the end of the job. He was also kind enough to replace a pipe that was damaged. I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs.

They have done multiple jobs for me over the years including a water heater, sump pump and pressure reducing valve and have always done a great job. They always clean up after themselves and never leave a mess. I'd definitely recommend King Rooter.

Don’t expect for them to keep their word on anything pertaining to timing. They’re always late, leave mid way through their job. It just feels like they do not care about their job
