Best Filtration System in Denver CO

Done Plumbing to the rescue! What should have been an easy washer/dryer install by Best Buy turned in to a seven hour day. The cold water shutoff had been leaking so had to be fixed before it could be tested. Also the Best Buy installer was unable to hook up the flex vent so couldn't test the dryer as well. The message was get these things fixed and we will come back to install. The vent connection was not a big deal, something we could do but the leak had to be addressed. We have used Done in the past so gave them a call. I was hoping to have it done that day and was surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. OK that works. Got a call back saying someone was available shortly. Yay! Neil, the very pleasant technician, fixed the leak and hooked up the dryer vent, (not his problem ). I just wanted to share a positive and these days of negativity. It's obvious that Done Plumbing takes care of their employees. Keep up the good work! Thanks for going the extra mile.Cindy Henderson

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Adriel borghesi showed up on Friday for an emergency call (backup in our main line when we returned from vacation) and I am so grateful. He was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem, answered all of my questions, gave me tips to keep it from happening again, and made me feel so much better about a “crappy” situation. Thank you for your hard work! I’d also like to thank Jay Hulsey. Our issue didn’t need restoration services, but he was very patient with me and thoroughly explained my options.Edit- the work that was done was fantastic, but the follow up is very poor. We had a sewer scope scheduled after the aforementioned issue and the technician didn’t show up. I called a few times to sort it out and schedule a new appointment. The technician who came out for my second scheduled appointment was great, but trying to get the footage is like pulling teeth. I don’t know if it’s just my local branch, but dealing with the office takes A LOT of calling, leaving messages, and calling again. I still don’t have the footage, which my husband wants to review before giving the go ahead for an expensive sewer line replacement. They will not follow up with you. Be prepared to spend a lot of time leaving messages and waiting.

Ricardo and Miguel did a fantastic job of removing our old HVAC system and installing a new furnace and A/C unit. They were super professional, informative, thorough, courteous and timely. Ricardo took time to explain their whole process, system operation, and answer all of our questions. He set our thermostat for us, explained about rebates and informed us of inspection requirements and paperwork that we will receive. We could not be more pleased with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs honest, professional, quality work.

I made the mistake of attempting too much plumbing on my own, and couldn't finish a bathroom remodel without help. One call to Marcus @ Befort Plumbing took care of my incompetence, and he made time the next day to sort out my mess and connected all the pipes to a new vanity. Jacob was great, he was early and let us know the cost and details of the project for cleaning our drains. Jacob would get a rating of an A. The next day they came back to repair the faucet. I wasn't given the name of the repair man. He rang our doorbell when there is clearly a sign that says not to. He had a horrible attitude and was going to charge us an outrageous dollar amount for a $10 dollar job. He would receive an F rating. I would recommend Better Plumber for cleaning drains.

Blue Sky repaired our outdoor faucet today. As always they do an outstanding job, send great people like Bill Connor and you will always be satisfied with their work. They have done a lot for us over the years and we highly recommend them.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!
