Great service for decent prices. Ultimately, the job was extremely well done. I hope Matt Vance is able to service my place again if I need something in the future. I needed to have my drain rerouted with my new under mount sink (already installed) and he made things look crisp. Matt was a very clean professional and had great insight. The company has flexible hours and I definitely recommend their services.

The plumber who was assigned to me was Andrei. He was knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful, and helpful, and I will continue to be a Tipping Hat customer as long as Andrei is employed there. He gave my son and me some very beneficial tips on maintaining our plumbing devices and answered several questions posed to him by my son--a physician who has partnered with another physician and a business person to open a restaurant and who had several plumbing questions which Andrei kindly answered. Even though I was paying out money today for plumbing, Andrei made my experience pleasant.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Brian, Alex and Robert came and cleaned our sewer mess up. They removed the carpet quickly and left fans a dehumidifier for a few days. They came back promptly to pick up all their equipment once the drying was finished. They were polite, responsive and professional. Hopefully we’ll never have to use them again for this kind of mess, but if we did, they would be who I’d call! Thanks!

The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

I called Plumbline service in the morning and one of their techs, Forrest came over that afternoon and unclogged our drains and recommended maintenance to ensure we didn’t run into this issue again. He did a great job and cost was very reasonable. I would recommend using them.

My technician Jacob was AWESOME. He was polite and on time. They scheduled me quick as I had a clogged basement drain that needed to be cleared ASAP. The cost was fair and I am so glad I found a plumber that I can call in the future.

Jake from Blue Sky Plumbing fixed 2 problems with our air cooler: the water was draining on our roof and the vent cover in the house was abnormally noisy. We were so pleased that he took the time with both problems to find solutions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did and gave us good information for shutting off the water and system in case of an early freeze.

Brendan was amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty. My AC unit was leaking water this morning. Not only did he fix the problem (and get stung by a wasp in the process), but he also gave me advice on the life of my appliances and which ones need to be replaced. Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again
