From Jessica taking my call and setting up a same-day appointment, to Sean and Mateo arriving at my home on time... the experience with Done was nothing short of phenomenal. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism that all the team members showed me. I learned I need a new furnace but Sean and Mateo walked me through all the tests/services they were performing so I was able to learn a lot. We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

We were one of many people severely affected by the Boulder floods back in September 2013. We had just purchased our home and not more than two weeks after we moved in, we were inundated with 3-days of sewage backup the left us homeless for two months. During that very busy and emotional time, we--like so many others--needed a plumber to help get us back in our home. Doug was recommended to us. Not only did he find time to come to our home almost daily within a few hours after we called, but he did a stellar job. There were times when he went to the Home Depot with my husband to help pick out the most cost effective materials, then came back and showed him how to do things himself to cut down on our costs. When all was said and done, Doug handed my husband a bill for $3,000, then promptly tore it up and, speaking as one Dad to another, and asked him to pay only a fraction of the cost. In a time of great need when Doug could have easily charged us full cost for his services and moved on, he did not. Instead, he showed compassion and was a true example of giving back to and supporting his community. Doug and his wife are phenomenal people who also happen to run a phenomenal business. I recommend them 100%.

Fantastic service! The two techs were able to snake and hydrojet the underground perimeter drains for my gutter system and removed large roots and roofing granule material. The water was backing up and in one hour they had the job taken care of. Crew was punctual, cleaned up, give an accurate and honest quote and stuck to the work as indicated.

Sergio was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Daniel was professional, cheerful, and informative. He diagnosed several issues in a matter of minutes, offered a variety of cost-effective solutions, and even cleaned up his predecessors' mistakes in a few short minutes. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers.

Bruce and Art are amazing. I had a ceiling leak and Bruce quickly got me scheduled for a service call with Art. Art was very nice and professional. He was very careful to keep my house clean as he removed ceiling drywall to find the leak.

I called these guys to come over and clear a clogged sink. They were very nice. However, after about 5 minutes of using his Roto-Rooter he told me he couldn't get past the blockage. He told me I needed to replace my pipes. He then quoted me 7K to replace my pipes.
I went to home Depot and rented a snake. I unclogged it in about 10 minutes.
