I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. We have been dealing with a funny smell in our basement and called the big corporate plumbing companies, they checked our pipes and said nothing was wrong, we did this twice. Finally my husband realized no one checked the sump pump. Around the Clog was receptive and addressed our concerns, they checked everything and guess what? Knowledgeable, hard working and very serious about his profession. He provided a fair bid and was able to replace my 75 gallon water heater within two days of my request. He coordinated the entire permitting/ inspection process and we passed with flying colors. Alex communicates every step of the way and is a master at what he does. Contacted Jeff Lane, owner, and explained a situation I was having with my 28 year old hot water heater that had been leaking. I had considered using Home Depot, but after speaking to Jeff, I realized my best option was using his services. He had his tech, Don, out to my house the next day. Don ran into a few snags due to how the original water heater had been installed by the builder. Jeff called to explain what Don had run into and got my approval to proceed with the work as well as on the revised quote to insure everything was addressed. A few of the issues Don ran into were that the gas line shut off valve was not easily accessible and the humidifier and ice maker in the kitchen had been tied into the water line attached to the water heater. Don repositioned the gas shut off valve, replaced the shut off valves for each water line and tapped into the sump pump in case of any future leaks. He made everything easily accessible. Everything was brought up to code and a thorough job was done. Don cleaned up after the work and now we have a new water heater. Thanks for your attention to detail and remaining in contact with me until the job was completed.

I needed a complete refit of all my pipes, connections, water lines… well everything! House was built in 1952 and had all original plumbing. Plumbers were in and out in a efficient matter, and did a fantastic job. I never call anyone else.
