Best Drain Clog in Denver CO

Update: I like to give credit where it's due, a day after my review I was called by a customer support agent who advised that they would make sure my issue was resolved. They offered to credit me the $1000 and deal with Xcel on their own time which was a perfect resolution for me. I just had to have a tech come check out my system once more (Got to see Jack again, great tech) and fill out another rebate form. I've raise my rating as a result of this quick response. I'm still keeping one star as interest on my rebate ;)-----------I wish I could leave a 5 star, initially I had a really good experience with this company. Last year our AC took it's last breath, I had another company come out and tell me it was dead, then I had Done come out for a second opinion as well as a second quote. I also had one other quote during this time for a full system replacement. They were all pretty close in price, but Done had them beat by just enough since they were doing a rebate of $1000. I'd also like to point out the rep for Done was much better at explaining the systems and benefits. So, 3-4 days of shopping and I settled with Done, about a week later I got my system installed in a single day. Great work, it's working great still. My problem is that it's a year later and I have still yet to receive my $1000 rebate. I've called 6+ times and emailed. Initially I chose to have it credited to my electric bill, and after 4-5 calls was informed they're having issues with Xcel crediting people, so I say No worries, I honestly just want a check at this point I was told they'd have to get the approval of the finance.. or accounting team or some other.. that was several months ago and I've heard nothing, received nothing. At this point I've just accepted a $1000 loss, which ironically was the reason I went with Done in the first place. It feels like a bait and switch, I'm sure it's not malicious but I just don't know how something like that falls through the cracks.

The customer service is good, but I was charged for issues that were not addressable. I had slow draining issue in showers, the professionals assessed and realised it was due to small pipes in the old house, floor slope issue etc - but I still got charged about $230+ for “unclogging” these two showers - which I feel was unfair. I did have real clogging issue in the kitchen sink and one other bathroom, which was efficiently addressed by their team. But I feel 900$ for unclogging 1 kitchen sink, and 3 shower drains are a little too pricey (2/3 showers did not even needed professional unclogging for the issue i had). So a little disappointed. I am delighted to be working with the customer-dedicated team at Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. They repaired our AC unit in less than an hour and charged a nominal price for their services.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

I worked for this business, back when I was an apprentice and learning the trade. I wasn’t the smartest plumber, but I was honest. That’s something I can genuinely not say for this company. Along with asking me to put dry concrete mix into a sewer line, there were other dirty tactics that Alphonso and Connor would utilize to try and sell something. I’m writing this review a SECOND time because I hope at least one person will read this and use another plumbing service. This company is no good

I had an active leak under the kitchen sink. I called two other local companies and neither could make it out until later in the week. Roto-rooter sent a technician out almost right away. Robert was able to diagnose our problem and stop the leak. He was also able to give us long-term solutions to consider to prevent further leaks. I am so grateful!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
