Wes from Adams Plumbing is awesome! I called about a clogged kitchen sink drain and Wes offered to meet me at my home in less than 2 hours. He asked me a few questions about my problem and was able to offer suggestions for me to try on my own first. They worked!! So comforting to know that there are honest and trustworthy businesses out there! Great customer service. I will definitely be using Wes and Adams Plumbing when the next issue arises! Thanks again.

Wes, the owner of Adams Plumbing LLC, handled my repair from start to finish with through professionalism. I have an older home, with vintage plumbing and called him to save me from a do-it-yourself project gone awry.

He was available when I needed him. Completed the work as promised with no surprises. His price was very competitive, and most importantly - I know the work was done correctly.

We had a new dishwasher installed, the installer mentioned that we had a leaky drain pipe and should have it replaced before we ran the dishwasher. I called Adams Plumbing and talked to Wes. He had me send photos and said he could be out that afternoon. He showed up at the scheduled time, explained several options to fix the leak, and the benefits/cost of each option. He went above and beyond to fix the leak. He explained everything he was doing, he was quick, and the price was very reasonable. We had a very stubborned drain in our kitchen that needed some immediate attention, so my wife called Adams Plumbing, LLC, and Wes worked us into his busy schedule that evening. It wasn't an easy clog to remove, but he took extra effort to get the job done right and we are pleased with his work. I have used Adams Plumbing twice...once for an emergency (sink plugged up, garbage disposal on it's last leg) and the second time to update to the sink with a new faucet.

Great Master Plumber and very Reasonable Rates. I have used Wes at Adams Plumbing LLC for a couple of years. Today I had a problem with a pipe in our shower in the master bathroom. Wes came out, same day, and found the problem right away. One thing I really appreciate is that Wes takes the time to explain the problem, showing you exactly where it is and what is needed to fix it. He tells you exactly what it will cost and how long it will take - and also let you know if you have more than one option. His is very professional and his rates are reasonable. You are not paying for a huge fleet of trucks and a bunch of overhead staff so you get a Master Plumber that does great work for a very reasonable price.

Since we moved to Colorado, Wes and Adams Plumbing has been our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. Wes has done everything from install a new water heater, fix our shower leak and unclog a drain. Our latest problem occurred on Christmas day and put our kitchen out of commission. Wes showed up the next day and fixed our problem and we were back in business.

I've had experience before with large plumbing businesses, and their pricing quotes for simple work was way out of line. I also didn't appreciate having to sit through a 10-minute up-sell sales pitch. After researching online to find someone, Adams Plumbing appeared to be exactly what I was looking for - a small, independent company with personal service and reasonable pricing....Wes was immediately responsive when I called him, had me send photos of the problem, and gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, which was very reasonable. I was impressed that he fit me in within two days for a non-emergency repair. He was right on time, and immediately went to the source of the problem, which was a broken frost-free faucet. Wes showed me a couple of options he recommended, I chose one, and he immediately went to work. Wes is clearly conscientious, and he took time to explain things as he had to shut-off the main water valve to the house. I am picky about who I let do work in our home, and Wes was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of our home. His pricing was very reasonable, the work was high-quality, and I won't hesitate to call him for all our future plumbing needs.

There is nothing negative I can say. Wes was completely upfront and honest about the cost for a visit to inspect the issue. We had a bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. He checked a couple of things prior to taking the faucet apart. As soon as he took the cover off he knew what the issue was, the previous plumber installed one manufactures cartridge into another manufacturers diverter and the previous plumber didn't take time to clean the housing. They were an improper fit which caused a poor seal, eventually leading to failure. Wes told me over the phone the base cost for the visit and once the problem was diagnosed the cost for replacing the damaged part. He maintained good conversation while completing the work timely. He fit me into his schedule at my convienence and showed up at the house when he said he would be there. He took my calls and responded to my texts timely. He cleaned everything up after he was finished working and left everything clean behind him. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues. Easily a 5/5 star review.

Wes is fantastic! He is EXACTLY what he advertises! Wes did great work for us. He was very efficient, showed up when he said he would and his prices were very fair. We would definitely use Adams plumbing again and would recommend his services to any of our friends or family.

Wes was incredibly helpful before I even contracted him for the job. We needed a leaking valve replaced and he helped me with a temporary fix in case we didn't want to do the job right away. His price was extremely reasonable for the replaced valve and the service was outstanding. Every other plumber I called wouldn't even talk to me without a 50.00 trip charge.

We have used Wes for the last seven years. We are remodeling right now so he is doing a wide array of updates for us and as usual, his work is impeccable. When we moved in seven years ago, we bought our home in foreclosure and there were many neglected and faulty items in the home. He worked off our punch list in an organized manner and the items he fixed for us back then all still work perfectly. He had to figure out our plumbing systems at that time and we are so lucky that we hired Wes and got things done right.

Wes, of Adams Plumbing did a great job for us, exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to solve our problem. On Friday afternoon he came over and determined we had a bad thermocouple on the water heater. He tried to repair the old one but it didn't work. Then, he drove across town to get a new one. It worked and we don't have to go through a whole weekend of stinkyness. He was also friendly and fun to talk to. A great choice for your plumbing job.

I won't use any other plumber than Adams Plumbing. Wes came out to fix my jammed garbage disposal during the holidays even though his schedule was tight and had many clients with more dire needs. He tried to consult me on fixing it myself and gave me sound advice to get it working again throughout our phone conversations. When those didn't work he arranged a time to fit me into his loaded schedule. Great guy to know when you need an expert plumber.

Had a plumbing emergency and called Wes mid-day Sunday -- he squeezed us in between jobs. Our problem grew a little worse but Wes stuck with us until things were fixed, making sure we clearly understood what the issue was, how he was fixing it, and whether we were happy. I was impressed with his pleasant attitude, and earnest drive in doing the job right and making sure we were satisfied. We'll certainly be keeping Wes' number for other needs down the road and highly recommend him.

I had a number of small plumbing issues that needed to be fixed before I could close on the sale of my house. Wes , as usual, came quickly, organized the work plan, and got everything done a in few. days. The final inspection went perfectly. I have used Wes for over 20 years and he has always performed exceptional service at prices that are not as crazy as some of the more advertized plumbers. I can't recommend him highly enough.

BTW- If you need a good roofer his son-in-law Eli does excellent work as well.

I would highly recommend Adams Plumbing to anyone who has future plumbing needs. Wes is reliable, punctual, and very plumbing savvy. He knows his stuff and keeps us on top of everything he is doing or is going to do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICED. I had a toilet with a slow leak. I paid Wes $300 dollars to remove the toilet (and eventual re-install) and he also provided a contact for a clean up crew. He quoted me another $650 to install a water pressure valve - I called around to get a 2nd quote which was $200 less. I informed Wes that I was going with the other plumber and asked if he would consider refunding me a portion of the $300 so he wouldn't have to come back to install the toilet. This is the text response I received from Wes. I asked you, the last time I was there, why you contacted us again? Your response...you had the best reviews! I located the reason for the toilet leak, consulted you on excessive high pressure & possible cure to prevent future water leaks. A team was sent, Disaster cleanup services, to provide assistance. Companies charge good money for genuine professional advise that was provide to you including the initial stop (free) over for island remodel, all in that $300.00. I you had some decency you would text & thank us for a $300.00 well spent and ask the person who will be doing what I recommended to do, that he reset the toilet, instead you want refund. Why am I not surprised. Needless to say I never got any money back.

the very next day and not only was his price fair but the quality of his work was fantastic!! Finally an

I manage multi properties for several property owners. In emergency cases only, when Adams Plumbing LLC is not available, several local plumbers come out for services. Adams services are required for advanced plumbing issues. For 12 years Wes has been our top master plumber. Often, when I read complaint price feedback on his page I wish to share with public prices we are charged from others. Adding to this post, recent services performed by Adams while I was OOT. A more advanced problem that went away in just 6 hours which could of been disaster.
Today, 4/29/18, Wesley was dispatched to use his fancy sewer scope camera, located a break in old clay sewer line at one of our rental properties. Luckily the cable was able to cut off some roots, allowing additional time for use before the backhoe is activated. Integrity and honest work is hard to find. Always appreciated!!!

I'm not sure if my experience with Adams Plumbing is over yet, but it is a great experience. A 3/4 gate valve started leaking at the stem when I got home from a vacation and turned the water back on. I believed it needed to be replaced. After calling Wes he informed me he'd love to do the work but that it was a very busy day. It's hard being one of the best in town and demand exceeding hours of the day.

Wes gave me call after we exchanged pictures of the valve, instructed me on how to take the pressure nut off and brush off the corrosion that had formed, and then reseat the nut. As of this point he has made it where I can turn my water on with no leak whatsoever, for $0.

I'm very impressed by his customer service and knowledge. I may still want my valve replaced, and he would definitely be the one I'd want doing the work, but for now we don't have to be as worried about getting it done same day. Thank you Wes.

Buyer beware!!!!!! This plumber comes to the house with a $45 dollar trip charge which I agreed to. He was there 10 minutes, checked my water pressure which took 30 seconds, he then quoted me $670 to repair a small water pipe break which was in a crawl space that was easily accessible. He didn't even evaluate what was needed?. Instead he just looked into the crawl space and quoted $670. His tactic is to bid the job really high... realizing that he can make a quick $45 dollars going from house to house...knowing that most of the knowledgeable home owners won't pay for an outrageous quote of $670. Occasionally he will get a naive home owner to pay the over priced amount. This is his business model.
I paid the con man the $45 dollar trip charge and decided to do it myself. Bought a $50 dollar part and spend 1.5 hours and fixed it myself. With his trip charge and my parts cost, I avoided a $500 dollar ripoff. He made a quick $45 which was what he wanted all along. He either makes a quick $45 or an outrageous cost for the repair.

A GREAT PLUMBER would have said, describe for me the issue you have? Send me a pic of the issue and I'll provide a rough estimate, but I will have a trip charge of $45 if you have me come to your house. A GREAT PLUMBER then would have taken 5 minutes to assess the job, then quote me an honest price. Not this guy, he quoted the job at $670 without even evaluating the job?. There are honest plumbers out there, unfortunately Adam's plumbing is not one of them. Buy the way, I rarely write a bad review, but this guy is really is a con man. I should have followed my instincts when he was a bit condescending on the phone in the first 30 seconds. Even if the job took two hours, he would have made $335 an hour!!!! You shouldn't pay more that $150 per hour. Unbelievable.

Wes at Adams Plumbing was very responsive to our call. Our sink was clogged and the garbage disposal was unresponsive. It was backing up water into our secondary sink and our dishwasher. What we did not know was that we had some serious leaking under the sink. Wes took the time to point out where the leaks were and even found the crack in the disposal. He found the best product to fit our budget and came back to install it right away. He was willing to share his wealth of knowledge and information with us so we can work on our future projects and pointed out things we could do for ourselves to keep our family healthy.

Wes fixed leaking stems in my downstairs shower. He was very up front and extremely informative throughout the process. Communication and scheduling was the most of our worries as a great plumber carries a busy schedule! 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

m not a realtor, just a homeowner that had a plumbing issue. As most individuals do, I googled plumbers. Adams (the owner) started talking to me about PPE loans for small businesses, face masks, the calls he gets, etc... After about 2-3 minutes I realized I was being his personal therapist, I said thank you, let me let you get back to work and hung up. I called the 2nd plumbing number. Efficient Plumbing ... They got the job done, without me having to be their therapist. I guess when anyone has to call a plumber, they are not having a good day. Efficient Plumbing came, got the work done, and they got paid. I think I will use them to do further work. They are men who do not need babysitters or therapists.

I had an excellent experience. Wes came out to replace a cracked valve on my sprinkler systems’s backflow preventer. Throughout the project he was very good at communicating with text messages, even asking for pictures to evaluate the scope. Quality workmanship and fair prices will have me calling Adams Plumbing for future plumbing needs, but the icing on the cake was how he treated me like family.

Wes was very professional. He diagnosed and fixed a major leak in my shower which had ruined part of the down stairs ceiling. Wes came out to my house only hours after I called him. He was timely, affordable, respectable, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to other home owners.

Wes came out within hours of my call and solved two problems I'd had for a long time. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me several options on each issue. Wes was conservative in what needed to be fixed right away. He could have just gave me a long list, but instead, let me know what I could put off for a while until my budget can handle it. I first called Wesley last Spring after we had a leak into our neighbor's garage ceiling from our unit. He came the very next day, even though it was a Saturday, since we had to keep our water off until the problem was resolved. He identified the problem was a bad faucet in our bathtub and told me I could easily do it myself. He also pointed out how easy it was to remedy the running water from the toilet after flushing. In troubleshooting for the leak he uncovered other pressing issues with our plumbing. The water pressure regulator had gone bad, we had no water meter (though there was a housing for it...), and there was no expansion tank on the water heater. He fixed the pressing issues for us the same day and checked my work in the bathroom before leaving. He did good work and the price was fair. There is also a lot to say for him saving me a couple bucks by volunteering that I could fix the bathroom issues myself. I'm a first-time homeowner and he easily could have pulled a quick one on me but he did not because he is a stand-up guy.

Today was the second time I had Wesley come to the house to investigate a leak and after identifying that it was a connection on the water meter housing he again volunteered that this is an issue that should be addressed by the water company for free to me. Another opportunity for him to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on this type of thing and another example of his honest character. He even called the water company for me to give my maintenance request more weight. Thanks for the great, honest service Wesley!

I have used Adam's Plumbing LLC's service twice now and each time Wes has responded promptly and courteously. He doesn't throw money at a problem and does great work. A no nonse plumber that I will use again and would recommend to anyone. He also is willing to communicate via text making it much easier to contact him in a pinch.

Be very careful....
Anyone that comes to your house and asks for a check before they even look at your issue doesn't have a clue what they are doing. He also asked me to write one check to him personally and the rest under the business name......After getting their equipment stuck in our pipe and whining about needing to get to other jobs and going home to have a polish beer our home was left with holes in the drywall and no solution.....expect a coupon to call another plumbing company. The next morning Bell Plumbing came out looked at everything, gave us a quote for a quarter of the cost we already paid to Adams plumbing and had gotten their equipment out and solved our original issue with no problem.

Called at 4-430pm on a Friday with a leaky water valve. I sent pics of my issue and was given exact instructions on the simple fix without having to send someone over. He did not make any money from me today but was most interested in fixing my issue ASAP. He will be the first plumber I call going forward for future plumbing needs. Very grateful for the free help today and I hope to be able to repay the favor soon.

My fiancé and I are first time home owners and had a leak in out our basement. Not having any clue as to what to do, we called four plumbers before trying Adams Pluming. Wes came out within hours and replaced our PRV. He was very knowledgeable and patient, answering any of our questions. Great guy and fairly priced. I would highly recommend using these guys!

Wes is fantastic and everything you'd want in a trusted expert. He is prompt, communicative, professional, and his pricing is competitive. We had him out to our house to fix some frozen pipes that had burst. He walked us through the issue, showed us why it happened, gave us an estimate to fix it, and then stayed late to get the project done. He then showed us what to do to avoid the freeze in the future and also installed a freeze-proof hose spigot. Wes will communicate via text if that's your style, which I liked.

I initially called for a leaking sprinkler shut off valve. I was asked to text a picture of the leaking valve so that they could bring the tools and parts that they would need. I thought that was a clever idea.

Wes arrived on Friday at the time that he had told my wife he would be there. The shut off valve was a ball valve and I guess that it's unusual for these to leak. Wes looked at the whole system and discovered that the pressure regulator was malfunctioning also. He showed my wife what the current pressure in the house was, and explained each issue and the related costs. He also sent me text messages explaining what was going to be replaced and what the cost would be. I have never had a tradesman who communicated so well about the work he was doing.

The pressure valve replacement solved some other plumbing issues in the house like malfunctioning shower valves and noisy toilets. I hate to think what else would have broken in the pressure valve had not been replaced. It was definitely worth the extra expense for the pressure regulator and I am thankful that Wes was so thorough and looked for the root cause of the leak.

Wes is a true master plumber. We had a urinal in our upstairs office that was leaking. He came out the same day to check the problem and called me back with options to fix. Due to his knowledge he was able to fix the problem without replacing any parts. His rates are very reasonable. I will use him again and would recomend him to anyone. Thanks Wes

Plumbing issue was resolved within 3 hrs of calling. Great service. Called at 5 pm on a Saturday and job was complete by 8pm. $45 estimate charge is super low for someone to drive to my home on a sat night to help me out. I'm a business owner myself so I know how much overhead and insurance costs. Very reasonable and efficient.

An outside spigot broke on the outside of my home at about 5 PM forcing us to turn off our water. I called around and talked to Wes when he was very busy. Despite being busy he helped me figure out the issue without coming to the home. He was a tremendous help and saved me hundreds of dollars. Next time I have a plumbing issue I'll call Wes at Adams plumbing without thinking twice.

I've used Adams plumbing 3 times now, so I can give an honest opinion of the quality of Wes' work. Most importantly, all three times I've used Adams Pluming the work was done 100% correctly, which is the most important aspect as a home owner. More over, Wes is just a great guy who's going to do right by his customers.

Regarding the negative reviews and comments around pricing, let's be clear that people who call a plumber in a crisis and then gripe about costs are wrong to do so. Plumbing isn't a trade that you want the bargain basement guy. You want your work done right to last the rest of the life of your home. Wes, like all plumbers, carries a rate sheet. He also gives you an totally fare estimate up front. There's zero surprises here, so anyone complaining about costs is totally off base. His rates are industry average for a Master level tradesman.

Honestly, the condemning reviews are people who have more than just a plumbing issue. You hire a plumber to fix your leak or repair your situation, end of story. If he leaves with your issue fixed at a price that's less than you learning to do the work yourself (not to mention being bonded and insured), then anything less than 5 stars is silly.

Wes does great work. We called a few people prior to him and none of them answered. He answered right away and came to our house later that day. He is responsive, trustworthy, and does great work at a fair price. He lays everything out in front of you to let you know exactly what you're going to get and when he will do it. Then does exactly what he says he's going to do within the time he says he will do it. He even offered to cover the cost of any additional work beyond what he initially said he was going to do if it didn't fix the problem. Wes came to check out a dripping leak under the kitchen sink. It turned out whoever did prior work did not duct tape the pipe to the outside spigot, and it was surrounded by concrete, so it had burst. I also learned I didn't have a water pressure regulator, and my water pressure was double the recommended, which leads to higher water costs, possible burst or flooding. I learned a lot and am glad I spotted Wes online and he took care of all I needed. It's really nice to feel someone is acting honestly and with integrity. It looks like he'll be taking care of swamp cooler needs come Spring!

Wes was not able to give me an estimate over the phone for a dishwasher installation, so he came out to the house for $65. I had expected the cost to be about $150 or so for the installation of a new dishwasher, since the old one had already been removed. He pulled out a catalog and quoted me $1,000 for the dishwasher installation alone! I was shocked. He pointed out some other work that needed to be done, and all in all, sent me an estimate for $2,000, which he assured me was more than fair. My neighbor is a general contractor, and also does plumbing. He couldn't believe the estimate when I showed it to him. He was able to install the dishwasher for $125, and replaced old, corroded components under the sink (including installing new pipes and disposal) all for just over $400. I was very unhappy to pay $65 for the estimate from Adams Plumbing, and will not call them again.

Wes had worked on our sprinkler system and plumbing several times over the last couple of years. He has always come out to help resolve the problems promptly and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend his work.

Although Wes was quick to respond, he could not fix the plumbing issue (sewer gas smell when dishwasher ran) but instead tried to sell me a disposal for $500. When I asked him if a new disposal would fix the issue, he admitted it would not.

I called with a clogged kitchen sink. I had already used a 25’ snake. Wes told me he would not be able to get to it that day. He then went the extra mile and provided me the name, phone number and explained how to a discount with another service. After the other service unclogged the sink, I thanked West at which point he explained how I could use the hot water heater to further flush the pipe and likely extend the time between clogs. Wes spent time helping me even knowing he would not receive the job and compensation. Because of his recommendation of another vendor with a coupon I saved (I had a quote from another vendor that was over $100 more for a unclog and camera of a drain).

I didn't actually use Adams plumbing, because they helped me over the phone by giving me some good advice about what to do with my troublesome hot water heater. He pointed out that it was likely still under warranty and told me to gather the necessary documents and call the manufacturer. I appreciate to good advice and helpfulness over the phone (and texts). Absolutely as dishonest a service provider as I have ever met. Tried to get a rough estimate over the phone for some pretty basic work and wouldn't do it without coming out with a charge of $65 for the estimate (to be credited against work done). Once onsite he wouldn't provide an estimate unless I agreed to a $140 consulting fee. II pressed him to just give me an idea on fixing a leaking outdoor faucet and he said between $175 and $400 but he wouldn't confirm estimate until I signed paperwork for the $140 consulting fee! He was pushy, argumentative and yes, creepy. I told him I would write him the $65 check and that I wanted him to leave. Worst service experience I have ever had. Read other negative reviews as they are pretty consistent. Horrible!!!

As owner of several residential rental properties, for over 10 years only Adams is dispatched. And, until today I do NOT write service comments. My rental on Glenridge Drive 80123, this service took place on 03/31/17 and the only comments I can write is that Adams does it right the first time. Why? Cause in over 10 years we haven't had repeated repair. On that same day, before my services Adams had service quote few doors away on Dutch Creek Drive. I know both Stacy and Jeff, great people, am completely shocked that the post by JDK, for minor $45 trip fee and lots of free consulting, that Jeff after 26 months, or 5 months ago added to his review even though no services were done. Adams didn't know about this cheap shot until my wife caught it. Sometimes we just have to do the right thing!!

I called Wes on a cold, snowy Saturday night. He picked up the phone even though he was working on another job. He came to my home at around 7:45 the same night and walked me through the plumbing issue so I knew exactly what was going on. He was professional, thorough, efficient and the price was more than fair.

A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Initially when I called he was eager to come out, even though it was a Sunday and I was not quoted any pricing. I was happy to know that he would come on a Sunday as he offered that option. He arrived we talked about the service of turning on the irrigation system, I asked the price $195.00! I was stunned. What could I do, he then smirked and said OH did I tell you that there was a $45.00 trip fee. As if to make sure that I didn't just close the door on him. I approved the go ahead knowing that the weather was warming up. He was at our house no more than 20 minutes, he tried to make me think there was a leak at the valve, not.
I was quoted $68.00 total from another actual Irrigation Company.

Had water backing up in the basement occasionally, when we would have washer and showers etc. We'd charged $65 for service call, fine. Next price breakdown was $175 consultation (if he told me what was wrong). Third price was $300 something to fix it. Had to have money up front. So I got him cash and then he runs the water, says it's the ejector pump, I can't do those, it will just be $175 or I'll take $200 if you don't have change for this $100. My opinion is I would never recommend this company for any situation. Stay clear.

Great Master Plumber and very Reasonable Rates. I have used Wes at Adams Plumbing LLC for a couple of years. Today I had a problem with a pipe in our shower in the master bathroom. Wes came out, same day, and found the problem right away. One thing I really appreciate is that Wes takes the time to explain the problem, showing you exactly where it is and what is needed to fix it. He tells you exactly what it will cost and how long it will take - and also let you know if you have more than one option. His is very professional and his rates are reasonable. I've had experience before with large plumbing businesses, and their pricing quotes for simple work was way out of line. I also didn't appreciate having to sit through a 10-minute up-sell sales pitch. After researching online to find someone, Adams Plumbing appeared to be exactly what I was looking for - a small, independent company with personal service and reasonable pricing....Wes was immediately responsive when I called him, had me send photos of the problem, and gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, which was very reasonable. I was impressed that he fit me in within two days for a non-emergency repair. He was right on time, and immediately went to the source of the problem, which was a broken frost-free faucet. Wes showed me a couple of options he recommended, I chose one, and he immediately went to work. Wes is clearly conscientious, and he took time to explain things as he had to shut-off the main water valve to the house. I am picky about who I let do work in our home, and Wes was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of our home. His pricing was very reasonable, the work was high-quality, and I won't hesitate to call him for all our future plumbing needs.

There is nothing negative I can say. Wes was completely upfront and honest about the cost for a visit to inspect the issue. We had a bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. He checked a couple of things prior to taking the faucet apart. As soon as he took the cover off he knew what the issue was, the previous plumber installed one manufactures cartridge into another manufacturers diverter and the previous plumber didn't take time to clean the housing. They were an improper fit which caused a poor seal, eventually leading to failure. Wes told me over the phone the base cost for the visit and once the problem was diagnosed the cost for replacing the damaged part. He maintained good conversation while completing the work timely. He fit me into his schedule at my convienence and showed up at the house when he said he would be there. He took my calls and responded to my texts timely. He cleaned everything up after he was finished working and left everything clean behind him. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues. Easily a 5/5 star review.

Wes was incredibly helpful before I even contracted him for the job. We needed a leaking valve replaced and he helped me with a temporary fix in case we didn't want to do the job right away. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICED. I had a toilet with a slow leak. I paid Wes $300 dollars to remove the toilet (and eventual re-install) and he also provided a contact for a clean up crew. He quoted me another $650 to install a water pressure valve - I called around to get a 2nd quote which was $200 less. I informed Wes that I was going with the other plumber and asked if he would consider refunding me a portion of the $300 so he wouldn't have to come back to install the toilet. This is the text response I received from Wes. I asked you, the last time I was there, why you contacted us again? Your response...you had the best reviews! I located the reason for the toilet leak, consulted you on excessive high pressure & possible cure to prevent future water leaks. A team was sent, Disaster cleanup services, to provide assistance. Companies charge good money for genuine professional advise that was provide to you including the initial stop (free) over for island remodel, all in that $300.00. I you had some decency you would text & thank us for a $300.00 well spent and ask the person who will be doing what I recommended to do, that he reset the toilet, instead you want refund. Why am I not surprised. Needless to say I never got any money back.

I manage multi properties for several property owners. In emergency cases only, when Adams Plumbing LLC is not available, several local plumbers come out for services. Adams services are required for advanced plumbing issues. For 12 years Wes has been our top master plumber. Often, when I read complaint price feedback on his page I wish to share with public prices we are charged from others. Adding to this post, recent services performed by Adams while I was OOT. A more advanced problem that went away in just 6 hours which could of been disaster.
Today, 4/29/18, Wesley was dispatched to use his fancy sewer scope camera, located a break in old clay sewer line at one of our rental properties. Luckily the cable was able to cut off some roots, allowing additional time for use before the backhoe is activated. Integrity and honest work is hard to find. Always appreciated!!!

I'm not sure if my experience with Adams Plumbing is over yet, but it is a great experience. A 3/4 gate valve started leaking at the stem when I got home from a vacation and turned the water back on. I believed it needed to be replaced. After calling Wes he informed me he'd love to do the work but that it was a very busy day. It's hard being one of the best in town and demand exceeding hours of the day.

Wes gave me call after we exchanged pictures of the valve, instructed me on how to take the pressure nut off and brush off the corrosion that had formed, and then reseat the nut. As of this point he has made it where I can turn my water on with no leak whatsoever, for $0.

I'm very impressed by his customer service and knowledge. I may still want my valve replaced, and he would definitely be the one I'd want doing the work, but for now we don't have to be as worried about getting it done same day. Thank you Wes.

Wes provided outstanding service and recommedations to repair our water line. We experienced a water line break recently and Wes was on top of the repairs immediately. I cannot say enough about Wes ... he is easy to trust and the quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding.
I'd recommed Adams Plumbing and Wes anytime. He's a pleasure to be around and his quality of work speaks for itself.

Buyer beware!!!!!! This plumber comes to the house with a $45 dollar trip charge which I agreed to. He was there 10 minutes, checked my water pressure which took 30 seconds, he then quoted me $670 to repair a small water pipe break which was in a crawl space that was easily accessible. He didn't even evaluate what was needed?. Instead he just looked into the crawl space and quoted $670. His tactic is to bid the job really high... realizing that he can make a quick $45 dollars going from house to house...knowing that most of the knowledgeable home owners won't pay for an outrageous quote of $670. Occasionally he will get a naive home owner to pay the over priced amount. This is his business model.
I paid the con man the $45 dollar trip charge and decided to do it myself. Bought a $50 dollar part and spend 1.5 hours and fixed it myself. With his trip charge and my parts cost, I avoided a $500 dollar ripoff. He made a quick $45 which was what he wanted all along. He either makes a quick $45 or an outrageous cost for the repair.

A GREAT PLUMBER would have said, describe for me the issue you have? Send me a pic of the issue and I'll provide a rough estimate, but I will have a trip charge of $45 if you have me come to your house. A GREAT PLUMBER then would have taken 5 minutes to assess the job, then quote me an honest price. Not this guy, he quoted the job at $670 without even evaluating the job?. There are honest plumbers out there, unfortunately Adam's plumbing is not one of them. Buy the way, I rarely write a bad review, but this guy is really is a con man. I should have followed my instincts when he was a bit condescending on the phone in the first 30 seconds. Even if the job took two hours, he would have made $335 an hour!!!! You shouldn't pay more that $150 per hour. Unbelievable.

Wes at Adams Plumbing was very responsive to our call. Our sink was clogged and the garbage disposal was unresponsive. It was backing up water into our secondary sink and our dishwasher. What we did not know was that we had some serious leaking under the sink. Wes took the time to point out where the leaks were and even found the crack in the disposal. He found the best product to fit our budget and came back to install it right away. He was willing to share his wealth of knowledge and information with us so we can work on our future projects and pointed out things we could do for ourselves to keep our family healthy.

Wes fixed leaking stems in my downstairs shower. He was very up front and extremely informative throughout the process. Communication and scheduling was the most of our worries as a great plumber carries a busy schedule! 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
