Best Drain Camera in Denver CO

Clayton had to open remove a pipe coupling to clear a branch line and then cause a permanent drip at the pee trap under the sink. Now my kitchen sink is unusable. I was not advised prior that he wouldn’t be able to restore it to a usable status before he did the work. He also cleaned the mainline but did a good job.They have done good work in the past for me.

We would like to thank the team for their excellent service at our church today. They know what they're doing, very professional. Highly recommended!

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Friendly, communicated well, and helped me diagnose a pretty complicated shower leak quickly. Didn’t gouge me for a service call like some do. After having dealt with a lot of loser plumbers with my homes and rental properties, these guys are the only people I will call with issues in the future. Highly recommend.

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

We had Sam C. and Vaughn P. come to our house and fix the main water shutoff valve that had sprung a leak. They were very professional, came in wearing their boot covers and gloves, troubleshot the issue, and gave me three different price points for the job they were tasked to do. They did an excellent job with the work, and cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and their dedication to get the task done right the first time.

Inquired online about getting my tankless water heater descaled and flushed, they got a technician out to me that day. The tech was very friendly and professional, and best of all didn’t try to upsell a bunch of other services the way a lot of companies do during routine maintenance calls. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Kevin Salmon fixed a persistent bathroom sink drainage issue late on a Wednesday night at my apartment with old, finicky, 1950s plumbing. He had a great attitude, gave me progress updates, and explained what he was doing so I could prevent further issues. I'm an experienced property manager and can say that a plumber willing to explain what's going on is worth so much to help prevent further issues. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend roto-rooter.

So far they have been wonderful. The investigator was great and gave me a lot of detail about what needed to be done. She sent me the photos that showed where the water soaked into the carpet and walls. The guy who fixed my pipes was equally great. The team working on damage control just started today but they have tackled things with a great attitude and care. I am sure they too will do a great job.

Matt arrived at 12:45 for the 1 to 5 PM appointment slot. I requested Matt after great experience in our home, to help my parents resolve a ceiling fan that wasn’t working. After about 15.minutes, he determined the remote control module had failed and temporarily wired the fan to work with the wall switch.The only charge was the $99 VIP membership, which provides 15% all services, priority scheduling and other benefits for 1 year. My parents who are 91 & 88 are delighted with every aspect of the service received.On 3/27/2023 Dominic arrived to research a loud noise & rattling in the pipes when multiple fixtures in one corner of my parents home were used. He determined the 20+ year old water pressure control valve had failed, provided a quote for the work and replaced it in about an hour down in the crawl space. Dominic was very professional, respectful and does excellent work.
