Best Drain Line Repair And Replacement in Denver CO

I had an exterior water pipe that broke late night. After calling other companies who wanted to charge extra money to troubleshoot the location of the broken pipe (even though I told them I know where the break was since water was shooting out about 5 feet from the hole in the pipe before turning off the water), I found Mile High Plumbing. Their rates were fair especially for an after hours emergency call.

I called and within an hour Sean came out and fixed it. He was very professional, made sure I understood what was going on, and took time to answer all my questions even though it was 20 degrees outside. Sean did a great job replacing the broken pipe, high quality work!

It's rare these days to find people who care about doing a great job and take pride in their work. Because of my experience with Sean, I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

The basement shower of my condo had been poorly constructed using galvanized pipe that was plugged with rust. Technician Darrell Begay worked tirelessly over 9 hours to rebuild the whole system. He was friendly, courteous abd kept me informed throughout. He re-installed drywall cutouts and even fixed the shower door latch. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. I would recommend him highly.

E&J was able to troubleshoot and repair a sewer issue for a pipe connecting from the kitchen to the main. Also shared knowledge on the work that was being done and how the kitchen plumbing functions. Will call E&J for future plumbing work.

Thomas is a Master Plumber who was the definition of above, beyond, and professional. We had a sprinkler system backflow line that ruptured in multiple places due to the recent cold, combined with a blown control box that prevented us from clearing the system beforehand. We either needed to hit the sprinkler shutoff near the city main (Plan A), or replace the backflow lines/valves (Plan B), so that we could have water to the house without flooding the foundation outside.

He got us on his roster for the very next day, immediately sent a quote (which was extremely reasonable for such a short notice job), and assured us that if he could get here any earlier he would. He kept in close contact about his arrival, arrived earlier than expected, assessed our situation, left to get a unique tool for our sprinkler main valve, found out even THAT didn't work (the valve is 8-12 ft in the ground or something ridiculous), and then executed a Plan C which was to just cut the line before the damaged piping and put in a stop valve. Plan C was about $500 cheaper than Plan B and just as effective, although temporary, which we knew. He did it in under 10 minutes. Value was amazing - I've spent way more money on way dumber things.

Thomas even left us the replacement parts for cost, gave me an overview of how to tackle the replacement, and although extremely busy that day, actively listened to every issue I discussed and never made me feel rushed. When the city wouldn't help us nail the sprinkler valve because it was after the city main, Thomas said he'd look into getting a tool to help out.

This is mostly just a list of events, but Thomas was 1,000% truly and genuinely invested in his work and making sure that we were taken care of properly and walked away with some knowledge. He asked questions about how we found his business, if we liked how his appointment system was set up, etc - you can just obviously tell he legitimately cares. Turns out, he can also work on our blown control box and does heating as well. So, TCF is now in our contact list for whenever we need these services again. Highly recommend, A++.

I feel like it’s really rare to have a service provider arrive at the early side of an arrival window. Jeremy arrived at the very start of the window, and was polite and professional throughout. Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Alex was awesome! I happened to go down into my crawl space to do something and found a pin hole leak in a copper pipe spraying out water. I found Water Heater Experts online and gave a call to Alex and he was at my door in an hour! He gave me a reasonable price and was done in less than an hour. Was very friendly and even answered some questions about my water heater also. Would definitely recommend!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
