From the customer service call to the results of service, I am impressed. They had no additional holiday fees (labor day/weekend and), and we're able to send a tech the next day. The tech, Chad was able to come early. That helped and customer service did call ahead of time to confirm. Chad was polite upon arrival, and didn't flinch at our intrusive yet docile pup. He was able to explain the service and charges in detail. They had the part we needed and was able to fix our problem on the same visit.This was my first time ever using a plumbing service, but will likely continue as a new home owner.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Juan was so polite, timely, and very up front about costs/potential repair pathway. He was also personable and friendly.

Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

The sink was leaking, but it stopped before he came to look at it. He took some time to really see if there was a leak, but nothing happened so he suggested we take a picture and video the leak and then call them once we have that to better diagnose what’s happening. Thank you!

I will use again, I called and they were able to come out the next day. I have not had any problems since!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
