Best Clogged Lines in Denver CO

I had the a great experience with done Pluming. Tony was give me all the information I needed to make the base decision on my issue.I had roto rooter come in a week before and work on one on my lines. Their blade broke in my main line we have a 3 inch pipe and they used a 3 inch blade they said they need to do a excavation in the basement to remove their own blade, they said it was not their fault and I had to pay out of own. My insurance did not cover do to their equipment.Their only to option was to used another snake and push it out or to excavate in the basement to remove their own blade and if one did not work I will be responsible to pay for the 2 if option did not work. Over 5 k to fix their own problem I talk to a manager and area manager and they told me it was my issues.Tony one of the tech from Done plumbing did a free video of the issue they locate the blade where is was and he give me the option to used a jetting option to remove the blade if not we will need to excavate.Their first option work it save me a lot and they did the job with out any damage to my basement.I will recommend Done plumbing and I would think 5 times before you call roto rooter got any issues.Thank you Tony

I can’t say enough about this company, Tracy has done all the plumbing in my house to date... repaired a broken water valve, installed a new faucet, garbage disposal, sink plumbing and today they are installing a new water heater... always punctual and professional, I refuse to work with any other company!

I was in a panic when I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. My water heater had burst. Called Prime based on their incredible reviews and was not disappointed. The plumber showed up waded through the water and found the shutoff to my house. He was able to help me coordinate the water clean up and then returned next day to replace my water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.

King Rooter & Plumbing is an amazing plumbing company. I was having some serious issues with my sewer and I had a very small window of time to find a solution for my problem. I called them up and they were more than happy to help. I got a call from John and he was going to send a technician over to my house to fix everything the same day. Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Office indicated the trip charge is deducted from the repairs. It was not. $309 for 1/2 hour work. No parts. Scheduled two days out. So not even a rush. So if you like high price then theee are your guys. I am a property manager and know there are better options.

Caleb #5403 and Zach saved the day! We had a lift pump that was overflowing in the finished basement and they were willing to come out at the end of the day and take care of the situation. Even though they were clearly working later than expected, they were pure professions with great customer service. We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
