My AC was broken due to a short circuit last week. It was really bad this month of the year. I was unsure if someone could give us such amazing and fast service. But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

I called during the weekend with a question about my water heater repair and they took the time out to their busy schedule to explain. Came in the next day and fixed the issue.

They come in, get the job done, and leave. They may not be the absolute cleanest guys around, but I like them.

We had Carlos out to clear out plumbing and install a new toilet. He was on time, professional. We really appreciated how he cleaned everything up when he was finished.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

We bought our house just over a month ago, and during the inspection, some things came up that were not up to code. So the selling realtor set up an estimate with Elite Rooter. The quote came back at $500, and it was in our contract the original owner was not responsible for the repairs. After closing, we decided to have Elite Rooter to come out and do the repairs to bring things up to code. Gabriel showed up almost 2 hours late with another guy and they did a walk through. They then stated that the work was going to be over $3,000 and could not explain why it was no longer $500. We decided to go ahead because it needed the work to be done and they stated that they required a 50% deposit before they could start the work. Gabriel then stated that he had another job to go to and someone else would be here within a couple of hours. If he was scheduled for our job, why did he have to leave so soon. Almost 4 hours later, still no technician, so I called and cancelled the job, it was getting late and they could not guarantee that the job would be completed the same day, and that was the only time we could be home for the work. I was told they could not refund my card and would have to wait for a check in the mail. 2 weeks later, still no check, so I called, and they stated that the check was made out to the realtor instead of me, but they would fix it. Another week later, still no check, I called again and they stated that the check just now got signed and would be sent out. When I confirmed the name on the check, it was still the name of the realtor. There was no record of my name anywhere, even though I have called countless times. I finally spoke to a manager and she said she would resolve the issue and a check will be sent out today. We will see. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this company at all

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

I paid for a new boiler system in the amount of $17,000 in September 2021. It never worked properly. I had the company come out 6 times to looks at it again. We then were out of town for the new year. The boiler went out while we were out of town and a pipe froze. Our entire basement and the first floor had standing water. This is such a nightmare. I wish I had never used them. I wish the management would let me know how they are going to make this right.

Swan was able to send a repair technician to my house within 24 hours of my call. The repair technician they sent was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain the cause of the problem with my A/C system. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly by replacing the capacitor. He also provided me with the option of installing an additional device that would extend the life of the capacitor. Swan has earned the status as my go to resource for heating and A/C repair.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Lamar (technician) was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot in the future. Overall great experience

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
