He is super friendly, arrived in the window of time he was booked, gave a thorough explanation of issues, options for portions we could do to work on with our budget, provided preventative solutions for future issues and was very honest. I needed a plumber to fix my bathroom drains quickly. I was on my way out of town and my toilet, and shower were not draining. Drain Terrier came out within an hour and had my drains unclogged shortly after. They know what they're doing.

The boiler in the property was quite old. Naturally, on one of the coldest days of the year, the boiler decided to quit working. I spent an hour calling essentially twenty different companies before speaking with Jessica at Prime. She was able to get Nate to come to our house the following morning, where he fixed the boiler. He also gave us a very reasonable quote for the boiler replacement.

I called during the weekend with a question about my water heater repair and they took the time out to their busy schedule to explain. Came in the next day and fixed the issue.

Friendly and efficient! Cleared my drain for 150. Not the cheapest, but feel good about supporting a hard working local small business. Thank you!

We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.

I highly recommend Chris. He was prompt on the appointment time, very kind, and informative. He took the time to explain all my options for repairing vs replacing my hot water heater. I never felt rushed or pressured in making any decision. Chris walked through the issues with me as well as assisting in weighing out the various options of cost and longevity. I am so glad my husband and I decided to go with a tank-less system for our home.
