We had three toilets which continued to run intermittently, even after replacing the tanks' innards numerous times. Done was able to replace all three on the same day, while leaving us access to at least one at any given time. They are no longer running all day, and they look really nice. The technician was well skilled and very polite. I would use this company again.

Jon was not just on time but a little bit early. He solved the two problems that we had quickly and was very professional. He explained our options to us and told us what each option would cost. We will definitely be calling Hyper Flow again when we are ready to install a new toilet.

Sasha is absolutely wonderful! We bought a fixer upper that needed extensive plumbing work and he got everything set up for us perfectly. He was always quick to respond, a great communicator and got the work done quickly for us. He’s a joy to work with and I will be recommending him to any of my friends with plumbing needs!

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

I was very pleased with the follow through about plunging and opening my Toto toilet suction and operation. It was quick and clean and precise and successful. Service tech was prompt and professional and happy to have performed a required operation as requested. Would definitely use again for plumbing issues.

Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

The Drain Terrier team has been a critical player in our kitchen remodel including replacing our 30 year old water heater and installing a new faucet and garbage disposal. When we needed the team to help with an unexpected full home repipe (from old rusted out galvanized), they got the job done in 2 short days at a reasonable cost which really helped to alleviate some of the stress that comes with an unexpected (and serious) home repair.
Drain Terrier is family run and proud of it. And to support, we will absolutely continue using this company for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

I had a pipe burst in my basement and my sewer line backed up and flooded. I called King Rooter & Plumbing who sent out a crew out to assess the situation. They were very professional and efficient. The team from King Rooter & Plumbing were able to get my sewer line working again and the clean up was handled efficiently. I'm glad I called them.

Brandon came out to clean the main sewer line to the street. He needed to use a second reel to reach the main line, which we were apprised of when we had other plumbing blockages in the past. He kept me informed as to his anticipated arrival time, the progress of the job, any issues he encountered. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. FIVE STARS!

THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MOMENT! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and the same day they cancelled the appointment. Not only the same day, but at the time they were supposed to be there. They charge a trip charge of $49 and the only compensation they would give for cancelling was to not charge the trip charge. They wouldn't have charged that anyway, when I paid for the service. This is so unprofessional to treat customers like this. It has been 90-100 degrees and they left my 83 year old mother without the cooling option that they were to provide.Reply to owner response: If your implying this was a fake review, because you cannot locate me, that just points to your companies lack of organization. My appointment was rescheduled, but they didn't send me a confirmation like they did the first time. They probably messed up the rescheduled appointment also. And you had a chance to make it right already and you offered nothing of the sort.

Raymond the owner is great! Very respectful and professional. I am a home inspector and refer Drain-X Colorado to all my clients. He always does quality work and has some of the best rates in the industry. Nothing but good feedback about Ray from my clients. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
