Jon and the team at Swan did a great job on a headache of a sewer line issue we needed repaired immediately. They were professional, clean and most importantly quick - as we did not have the luxury of time with a baby due any minute. Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

I needed a valve replaced and found Sound Plumbing. Don't be fooled by the fact that David has only been running his business about a year or so. He is a licensed plumber and does excellent work. The valve I needed installed was in an unconventional location. It posed some challenges but David did a thorough job addressing the challenges as well as listening to me as the client and ensuring all of my concerns were addressed. I am glad that I found David and look forward to hiring him again for future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink of a newly purchased home and called up Drain Pros to come take a look. We were having issues with water pressure normally, but when the sprinklers came on, the water pressure was a slow trickle. Efren came in and quickly diagnosed the first issue with our faucet aerator. He then took a look at our plumbing line on our 100 year old home and pointed out where we would be looking at some needed upgrades to improve our plumbing in the entire household. The entire time he was incredibly helpful, informative and provided some much needed education to us as new homeowners. He was not pushy at all but did point out the solutions he recommended and an estimated cost. He did not charge us for fixing the aerator or providing the full fix quote and was a pleasure to speak to, even when delivering somewhat bad news about our current plumbing situation. I will definitely be using Drain Pros to come back and fix the root of our plumbing issues soon.

We had a number of terrible plumbers come out and try to rip us off already, so it's refreshing to see someone actually care about their customers. Drain Pros will be the only plumbers we call in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

They sent a guy to fix a dripping faucet. The parts he used cost $25.00. They wanted me to pay $250.00, after I said I will pay a fair price, they got mad and put a lien on my property!!
Now they want me to pay $262.50 for a dripping Faucet!

Below are the details of my experience working with Blue Sky in repair and maintenance of a boiler system:9/21/2020: Tech visits to address lack of heating function to boiler, adjusts valve. I pay $59 for trip fee.10/26/2020: Tech revisits as any issue that was present on 9/21 was not addressed or diagnosed properly. I pay $747.86, including an unauthorized charge of $149 to join the Blue Sky Family Plan. Tech runs full diagnosis and cleans, provides no warranty for work completed and tries to upsell me on a wireless thermostat for $748.47.11/1/2020: The problem has still not been fixed as the boiler is not providing hot water or adequate heating. I contact Blue Sky and as there is no warranty on the work completed they attempt to charge me a $95 trip fee for an outside of business hour appointment the following day, despite that fact that this would be a third trip from one of their technicians in less than 45 days.For someone on the Family Plan I would expect a bit more willingness to be reasonable. I spent $552 in servicing a boiler that less than a week later was still not operating properly. This company not only is expensive but they could not complete the job and were unwilling to stand by the quality of work done by their technicians. I will never work with them again.

Alex was prompt and personable, wore booties and a mask. He gave me an estimate of the work required and quickly replaced one water valve and a supply line. He recommended replacing the sink faucet. Would highly recommend!

Quickly repaired everything with what looks to be great skill! Even fixed a leak on a pipe that was found the day of other repairs. Responsive and friendly as well which always makes the task of home repair much more pleasant. Recommend Defense for sure and will hire again if something else needs doing
