Would talk with me almost daily on the progress of a part that was ordered and the day it came in he immediately changed plans to install it right then. Doesn’t get better than this, really appreciate the incredible customer service.

Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…

Jay came to unclog my kitchen sink. He arrived early and was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything he was doing and commons causes of the clog. He worked quickly, efficiently and didn’t make a mess at all. Highly recommend!

In the past, I have had great service from Applewood employees, and I expected no less this today. However, today, Milo Sandoval superseded all expectations I had for my heater maintenance appointment. Milo was so pleasant and informative, offering suggestions on how to best maintain my heater (and plumbing) in between appointments. Additionally, he offered memberships for cost savings, and answered all my furnace-related questions related. Not only do I feel ready for winter but am also prepared to take care of that monster in the crawl space until its annual service next year.
