Referred to David Phillips to repair a problem that I have tried to get repaired for a month! Couldn't even get plumbline out as a preferred customer.He did a great job...is experienced,honest,friendly and best of all communicates with his customers! We had Sound Plumbing remove our old tank water heater and install a new tankless one, and they did a great job from first quote to follow-up.

David is probably the most normal and relatable person I’ve ever interfaced with when it comes to plumbing and other related industries, and I can’t overstate how important that is when you’re trusting someone with your home.

He’s easy to communicate with, extremely fast with his replies, and he explains things clearly, intelligently, and concisely. His prices are reasonable, he shows up on time, and he treats you, your family, and your home with respect. I don’t often write reviews, but felt that David and his team certainly earned a 5 star rating.

David is amazing! We recently bought a house that needed some plumbing repairs/work. David was able to get me an initial quote and scheduled very easily. He showed up on time, was respectful, cleaned after himself and was very thorough. He did not try and add things on that weren’t necessary, kept us informed on his progress and reviewed his work with us after he finished. He will be our go to plumber going forward. Can’t say enough positive things about David. We have been dealing with sump pump issues for a while and were working with one of the plumbing companies that you see advertised all the time. David was efficient and detailed in his work. He corrected plumbing issues that I did not even call him for without an extra charge. He installed my new dishwasher, fixed 3 shut off valves in the kitchen, installed a garbage disposal, and a kitchen faucet within 2.5 hours. He was very methodical about tackling each project in an order in which I was able to test my dishwasher for leaks before he left. Our water was only off for about 20 minutes. I would definitely hire him again.

I needed a valve replaced and found Sound Plumbing. Don't be fooled by the fact that David has only been running his business about a year or so. He is a licensed plumber and does excellent work. The valve I needed installed was in an unconventional location. It posed some challenges but David did a thorough job addressing the challenges as well as listening to me as the client and ensuring all of my concerns were addressed. I am glad that I found David and look forward to hiring him again for future plumbing needs.

Wow - what a nice guy David is! My garbage disposal had stopped working (was humming only). I found David's name on my neighborhood app. I called and he called me right back. I used David to install a new Hot Water Heater in my home. He was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Today David took care of my client's gas valve under the cooktop. A new cooktop was installed by a company and they could not get the job done. Not only did he replace the valve but cleaned out the cabinet with his shop vac from when the cooktop was replaced. I would highly recommend David with Sound Plumbing! He goes the extra mile.

As a new and first time homeowner, Sound Plumbing went above and beyond. Our water heater was not up to code so when the new one was installed, the extra work was put in to make sure it was all correct. After install, the time was taken to walkthrough all of the details of what would need to be done for maintenance. Time was even taken to answer basic homeowner plumbing questions that were not related to the work done. 100% would recommend Sound Plumbing for any work in the Denver area.

David was great! He was right on time and immediately came in and looked at the problem to quote me an accurate price. This was after a very rough estimate over the phone just my my description. His quote for the original repair was very close to his estimate. He then found a leak on my water heater that I didn’t know I had. He told me that he could fix it and also showed me a way that I could fix it on my own. Fixing it on my own would have been less expensive but I opted to let David do it so it would be done right. He was able to take care of this issue today even though it was above and beyond what I had booked him for. David was great and I will absolutely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!
