Estimate given for about 6 plumbing repairs which was over $11K! I narrowed today’s work down to most immediate need for $2K. Highly overpriced for what 2 out of the 6 repairs completed. AND my outside shut off valve is still leaking at the connection. Was told I need a new hose, but later techs admitted that only a washer is needed for my perfectly good hose to shut off completely. Estimator Hunter is not also a technician who does the work. It was two news techs who called to do actual very muddy work in garden.

I took Ryan's help again. He was magnificent again. It was a cold and snow day. He worked till 9 PM for 11 hours to complete the job. He is thorough and professional. He will always do a GRAT job. We had a major plumbing repair to be done. Jeff took the time to thoroughly check all of our plumbing before we even hired him for the job and was able to give us a detailed diagnosis. Compared to the 15-20 minutes other plumbers spent on diagnosis, Jeff spending a full day diagnosing our issue(s) was a great indicator of the attention to detail he has throughout his work. Jeff and Chang ended up spending nearly every day on our job for over six weeks. They kept us informed through every step in the process, took the time to show us exactly what they were doing, were very friendly and reasonably priced. Jeff is a perfectionist, which is a rare quality when it comes to plumbing work -- more specifically with the scale of our job. We discovered this when Jeff showed us how poorly and quickly the plumbing was done initially. They ended up having to replace almost every line from our house to the main sewer, and quality was at the forefront of Jeff's mind every day. Jeff was also very transparent with us about any issues he was facing during the work, which was appreciated. Once the job was complete, Jeff and Chang made our yard look even better than it was when they started. They packed in the dirt, raked it out to make everything uniform, cleaned off our sidewalk and house, buried the old, ugly clean outs, made the new clean outs align neatly with the ground and even fixed our ugly water hose pipe without us having to ask. Whether you have a small or large issue, you can trust that Jeff really takes pride in his work and wants to do things right the first time instead of doing things good enough to finish the job.

We did some excavation for them and they didn’t pay what our invoices said. They called our workers liars all so they won’t pay. The owner from one of the properties we did were really upset with their service. I called the owner from that property and he stated they payed what we had said in the invoice seperate from their services. Now I understand why their ratings are so bad because they are some big scammers!

This is the best plumbing company I've ever seen.I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional. Service was excellent and fixing cost were affordable as well.I highly recommened Koen Plumbing.
