I discovered on a Sunday morning at 10:30 AM that our yard was flooded, and water was pouring out from the shut off box. The plumbers arrived very quickly and worked on the problem, which turned out to be serious, for 7.5 hours. They had to dig at least 3 feet to find the leak but never gave up. They kept us apprised of their progress and were so calm and friendly, even when they were literally working in a ditch, covered in mud, and neighbors were continually quizzing them on their progress. They fixed our leak, and the price was not bad. I thought it was going to break us, being on a Sunday, but they gave us a break instead due to the length of time the problem took to find and repair. This is the second time we've used Reeves Plumbing, and these guys are the best!!!

Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

Daron was the representative that serviced my home today. He quickly identified what was causing leak in Kitchen Sink piping. He made a recommendation that would fix my problem and prevent future issues with other piping in the house. Unfortunately it was more than what I was prepared to spend at this time. He then presented a lower cost solution to fix my immediate issue. I appreciated having both alternatives. He then performed the repairs in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the work done and information I received for any future issues. I will be using Pure Plumbing in the future and will request Daron.

I had a TERRIBLE back up on Memorial Day and called my home service warranty. Their technician came out on Thursday and could not unclog the drain. I called Mr. Rooter after they left and a service technician was out in 45 minutes!! Bryan was the technician and he was great!! He explained what he was going to do, provided an estimate, and was able to unclog the drain within the hour!! Thank you Bryan!! The dispatcher I had spoken to was also very friendly and helpful!! Will definitely call Mr. Rooter again for help with plumbing issues.

Called Texas slab leak repair and they gave me a free quote over the phone. I got a few mor . Ut decided to go with these guys cause they had the longest warranty. They found the leak exactly where they said it was. Did the job the same day. Great guys and very respectful thanks Hug .

Gene #176 did a great job moving an outdoor faucet head in my back yard. He came the same day I called for an estimate and let me know what the job would require and gave a good estimate. The next morning her arrived and completed the project which now gives us easy access to the new faucet head and looks professional. Thanks AAA Auger for having a great employee like Gene, who answered every question and made sure the jog was done right the first time.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
