RJ and Josh showed up on time and began work right away installing a new touch kitchen faucet, which RJ had suggested on a previous visit, he said I would love it, and I do. I also had them install a new garbage disposal and they had to install 3 new shutoff valves mine were 35 years old. They worked well together getting all of this done quickly and everything is working great. And again this faucet looks great and I love it. Thank you RJ and Josh for another wonderful experience.

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

I called Mr. Rooter with a clogged kitchen sink. Mr. Gasca was dispatched and was able to clear the clog very quickly. Having and older home, he patiently explained the situation and my options to prevent/avoid major issues, as well as taking some stupid homeowner questions. The pricing for the service was very reasonable. I would DEFINITELY recommend Mr. Rooter DFW to anyone who asks!!!!

What a great experience. All the team members that came on site professional, fully explained to me what was happening. Part was not readily available due to supply chain shortages but that did not stop them. They explained the delay, searched the metroplex til they found the part, and let me know it was on way. A plumbing experience like no other and highly recommend them. Job well done…

We had issues with a toilet flushing in our home. Our technician, Lindsay Merrill showed up on time. She was very professional and friendly.

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.

I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. Cannot praise these guys enough- saved us from a nightmare! Bought an older home and thought it had no major issues, then wet spots started coming up all under the carpet! The pipes were so old they had eroded and the estimates we got from other plumbing companies were through the roof. When TSLR bid the lowest price, yet offered a 3 year warranty and offered a bunch of options.. we were scared it would be a ya get what you pay for mistake. Nope. Our techs showed up on time and charged us exactly what we originally agreed on. Now I know most plumbing companies are completw bs when they added all those necessary charges. Going w TSLR from now on. Keep up the good work!

From the drain technician and the plumber to the GM and even the owner, the team at AAA Auger were the most professional team we've ever had in our house. Though the work was much more involved than we expected, they took the time to explain our options and looked to reduce costs where they could without sacrificing the quality of the work. They were on time, professional and truly concerned about resolving our issue.I hope I never need a plumber but if I do, there is only one company in DFW that I'd call - AAA Auger.

They let me know when Nick was on the way. It was late in the day but he made it out within a couple of hours. He was very professional. He cleared the drain by snaking it. Used them twice and pleased both times. Very Happy!!!
