Had two technicians out, one to fix a drainage problem with my HVAC and another to fix a faucet that was improperly installed.Both technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Will definitely use Cody & Sons again if service is needed. Thank you!

This was by far the worst experience I've had with any business. AVOID doing business with MetroFlow Plumbing AT ALL COSTS. If you read any review, let it be this one. Believe me. Worst experience. Outright UnprofessionalI was in the process of buying a home, so after the home inspector identified some leaks in the house I called MetroFlow Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate for the repairs. A technician/plumber came out to the residence on time, and was shown the general areas where the leaks where coming from. This man proceeded to tell us that there was no leaks anywhere and it was a result of water rain being accumulated. For reference, one home inspector identified the leak, another plumber (hired by the sellers) identified the leak, and I myself identified the leak. I just needed to know how much it would cost to repair so that I could negotiate the price, get credit and hire a company I trust to do the repair. Ideally MetroFlow Plumbing since they had such good ratings! I got on the phone with dispatch and spoke with the operator, I asked to talk to the manager. After speaking with him, he said he would come out himself and check it out. However, while all that is happening the tech tells me that its going to cost more to identify the leak. This was not brough up to me when I booked the service. During the very first call I explained my situation and what I needed to be done, I was told it would cost $89. Later, I was being told that it would cost more ($200 MORE) . I don't mind paying what the service rate is, but TELL ME UPFRONT THE COST. Anyways, that is not the worst part. I was not onsite when the tech was out there, but my family was there since I trust them to get things done right. I was out of town for work, but was on the phone for the majority of time and was being updated of what was going on. After being told the price change for the service, I got back on the phone and asked to talk to the Operations Manager, the operator (Hailey) began to talk even though I insisted in talking with the Ops Mgr. Finally, he got on the phone. He began to said the same thing, that extra services cost more, blah blah. It didnt matter. I was not told that before. Here's the kicker, this man proceeded to scold me for not being present during the plumber inspection. He than raised his voice at me, yelling at me. I never once yelled at him. I was upset, sure, but I was stern about it and did not yell. I told him that he is to have his tech get off the property and don't even think about charging my credit card for coming out there. They left. That was it, what a waste of time. Worst Experience.

Paid $125 for a toilet to be unclogged, the toilet was clogged again the next day. I called to let them know and all I heard was “alrighty”...they made no effort to fix the issue. Had the nerve to ask me for more of my business. No empathy or concern for the money I just spent with them

After discussing it with my husband, they decided what needed to be done now and what could wait. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch. We will use this service again and ask for Justin. I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Its August and my AC went out at 2pm, Levy & Son AC company showed up in 3 hours and got me running again. Its worth it to have a biannual service contract with them. I highly recommend their company, ask for Austyn. He answered all my questions, tried to help me fix it over the phone but had to come out and show me what to do until my next service in Decembet. Very patient.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!
