Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

We recently had a pipe break in our house on Saturday night. Called Mr Rooter and they had someone out first thing Sunday morning. Pascual Adame was our plumber and he was awesome. Very friendly and informative. He gave me some great tips on some other plumbing issues I was having. I highly recommend.

The process of purchasing an a/c system can be a pain, however Chuck helped make the process very easy. Chuck was very knowledgeable with which system was best suited for my home. There is nothing fun or inexpensive about an under slab water leak. Very rude. I was assigned this service by Home Warranty of America when I raised an emergency ticket for a leak on a Saturday. No response thru the weekend. I called and left a message on Monday morning. No response. Called them an hour 20 mins later and asked when they would come by - they said Wednesday! When I challenged their non-response and response time, why they hadn't called back, the guy said He wasn't going to sit and listen to me talk to him and b**** at him like that.Needless to say there are many other plumbers in town!
