Best Replace Filter in Dallas TX

My A/C went out last night. Jeff and Franco were very professional and got it working perfectly today. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and informed me of what they were doing as they did it. I felt they were completely competent and honest in their excellent delivery of service. The price was very reasonable and they were VERY prompt.

Very polite and knowledgeable, explained the issues and the potential remedies clearly. Really nice young man, and the assistant tech was great too. Makes you feel you’re getting great value on top of feeling like you are cared for.

I rent my house and I have a property management company that hired this plumbing company. They came to unclog my drain and one of the plumbers told me that I would be charged normally because he found a couple hair clips in my drain but he would make sure they did not charge me for this. I told him if I were to be charged I would just fix it myself as I cannot afford it right now. He assured me I would not be charged at all for this service. Afterwards they went on and billed the property management company extra for the particular service he told me I would not be charged for, which gave me a $95 bill. I called and spoke to a manager from the plumbing company to see if she could resolve this and she said she would call me back that day and never did. This company is very unprofessional and clearly lies to people when they feel like it doesn't matter. They never resolved this issue for me and their head technician who came that day lied straight to my face.

Gabe was our plumber who was assigned to replace my Water Heater. He was honest about my issue with my water heater and I chose to get a new one replaced/installed being that my old water heater was over 9 years old, He also checked my water pressure since it was a slight issue. Gabe is a professional, wore his mask the whole process of the installation, respected the social distancing. Gabe is an outstanding worker and a good professional to represent Dial One Plumbing. I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

These guys have gone from a dependable , knowledgeable , friendly company to one I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. In 6 months they have gone from the cream of the crop to the sludge in the bottom of the barrell. Call someone else if you need a plumber.

Patrick and Andrew provided great info about next steps on a leak fix and were in and out of our home really quickly! It’s the shower, not the plumbing, and could prove it quickly! Patrick has serviced our plumbing issues multiple times and is very professional and suggests price effective solutions to acquiring replacement parts! Great work! I am a property manager and these folks are very difficult to schedule with and the woman there was rude to both myself and my Tenant. We needed a gas leak repair and they quoted us a repair reschedule over a week later after they missed their own appointment.
