I've used Tribeca several times over the last year. We've had a complicated under the house pipe leak to a toilet that needed fixing and they have always been responsive, fair and always problem solved.

We called Reeves to install 2 toilets. They were on time to do the install and only charged the estimated amount even though it took longer than planned. We will definitely use them again.

This company is very professional and honest. The gas company replaced my meter and then had somebody do an inspection. The inspector said there was a leak and that I needed to call a plumber. I called One Source and they came out and confirmed that there was not in fact a leak. They said that the valves were not properly shut and that's why it showed a leak. They could have taken advantage of me and lied and made a quick buck, but they were honest and informative. I will always use them for any future projects.

I needed a plumber and of course I am very nervous when it comes to trusting people in general to do right by me because unfortunately people in this industry have a reputation of taking advantage of women. However, Dee Ann with LeFevers, made me feel comfortable from the start. She answered ALL my questions and did not rush me. I was able to track Robert online. My first impression was the quick and constant communication. When he pulled up I noticed how nice and clean the truck was. Met Robert at the door. After 15 minutes of talking I scheduled them to come back on Tuesday. With the heavy rain they could not look for the water leak. There was no charge since no work was done. Not having enough experience with any plumbing company, I called Peerless Plumbing in Dallas. Very professional and helpful person answered the phone and said they could be out between 2pm and 4pm that day. The plumber arrived and identified why our toilet wasn't flushing. Provided us with various brands and options to replace the floater. We chose one that was not very expensive but reasonably durable. The plumber fixed everything and cleaned up very quickly. The best has happened and we are so happy to be back after two days without a toilet! Thanks Peerless Plumbing Company Dallas, you guys are great.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
