This the second time I have used Metro Flow Plumbing and I am completely satisfied for the second time as well! They did a great job coming out and looking at my issues, and when we decided to replace our 1980's bathroom facets, they helped us select appropriate replacements, which they installed flawless! I highly recommend Metro Flow Plumbing.

HORRIBLE. We called and said there was a leak from a pipe coming from the pool equipment. When the guy came out he said they couldn’t detect from pool equipment. Charged $80 for nothing. When I called the lady hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Incredibly poor service. NEVER use this company

despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrolltonthey were a rec from an architect friend and i would def rec them to you!

These folks are so great. I am an ex service manager and am very critical of service. I am seldom happy because I expect people to do what they say. I called Herndon McFarland to detect a potentially slab leak detection. They correctly determined it was a pipe issue in the front of the house. Another plumbing company incorrectly diagnosed a slab leak which was wrong.

Third time I was using their service. My bathroom sink accidentally broke down, which caused a leak in the wall, and it started going everywhere. I called, and they picked up in 10 minutes. Daniel came and had all repairs done within 2 hours! He went above and beyond to fix the leak and restore water to my house. He was so hardworking and efficient! It surprised me how fast and smoothly he had done his work. He made sure there were no damp spots anywhere. As always they charged reasonably. The best plumbing experience I've had. Really quick and professional. Had them install new faucet and plumbing replacement. Prices were very reasonable. I would gladly recommend them.

Jeff cameout free of charge for inspection and told us what the initial installers did wrong. He is honest to us to check with warranty guys . He is really good at what he did and good person with honesty.
