OVERPRICED -BEWARE!! The technician who came out was very professional and explained everything well, but the pricing seemed to be on the high end. After getting more quotes, I found that the amount of work I had been told I needed was excessive. I’m out $89 for the service call but will still save hundreds by using a different company. Glad I did more research!

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. He was very courteous and we really appreciated the extra steps he took to keep our house clean before beginning the work. He treated us and our property respectfully . The work was completed on time and there were no surprises with the cost !

The work was done with minimal water mess. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained my options professionally and answered all my questions with ease. It would be a pleasure to have him do work in my home again.

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

Excellent service. Very courteous and patient. I'm impress with there services and I'm so happy I didn't just choose just anyone to repair the leak at my home.

Jeff and his helper Chan recently installed two water heaters and I can't say enough good things about this experience. First, I liked the fact they are insured - it costs the business more but it protects the customer. I'm very happy with the quality of the product, totally professional installation - they were very nice people and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I was surprised at the price compared to two other estimates I received. I highly recommend A1 Professional Plumbing!

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.
