Reeves Family Plumbing and their entire staff are totally awesome! You get the personal and honest service from these folks. JR is wonderful and knows everything about faucets and even taught me a thing or two. He's like old school plumber and takes pride in his work. My back yard water faucet was leaking and had been for a few weeks. I found Lefevers Plumbing during a google search after my home warranty company suggested companies that had bad reviews and F ratings with the BBB. I read the reviews for Lefevers, and they were GREAT. I called them at 7pm on a Saturday night and this wonderful man, Gene answered. He set me up for an appointment the next morning. When the plumber, Lee arrived, he explained what was needed. He replaced my hose bib with a new one, turned my water back on, cleaned up and was gone in 45 minutes. The price was fair for a rush Sunday appointment. ( less than $300.00). I am SO happy I found this company and will use Only Lefevers in the future.

Cody came and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the issue without any additional items, and was totally professional we talked cowboys, and he was good with my dogs as well

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

The owner of this company is the absolute WORST!!!!! They were supposed to come to my house on Tuesday afternoon. They called me Tuesday afternoon and told me they couldn’t make it that day and that they’d be out at 8:00AM for the first service call of the day. I agreed although I was annoyed Because I had worked my day to be at home and they didn’t call me until 3:30 to tell me this. Fast forward to 8:00AM the next morning and I’m at home waiting for them. I was NEVER told that I needed to answer my phone prior to their arrival in order for them to come. In all my years in dealing with service companies, they have given me a courtesy call 30 min before to let me know they are on their way. But I don’t have to answer! Apparently I missed a phone call from them at 7:30 and when I called back at 8:00AM, I was told they wouldn’t send a technician this morning. Even though I had the time slot and even though they messed up my afternoon the day before. The owner was horribly rude.

UPDATE: Did not honor warranty and/or sloppy work. Constant screw ups...one day they didn't show up...Shortly (1 WEEK) after paying this Company for service and installation repair from several botched installation attempts (pedistal sink/faucet) from a previous visits, I discovered the 1) 2nd new faucet head was loose (moved back & forth); 2) the Hot lever was loose; and, 3) The tech had botch re-attaching my new pedestal sink FLUSH against the wall, no longer LEVEL, water unable to completely go down the drain. When I called for them to come service, they told me they were not going to fix the problem they CREATED, were not going to honor the warranty, nor return my money.

Ryan and his team at 3G Plumbing were beyond helpful in fixing all our plumbing issues. My wife and I had just purchased our first home and were nervous about getting some of the pipes fixed underneath the slab. He and his team were very responsive, professional, and on time with the timeline of the project. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing any sort of plumbing repairs done on their home. Frymire has come through for my family AGAIN, during a homeowner emergency. They continually find a way to show up same day for those customers in need. I called them after 5pm on a Sunday night (during the pandemic), due to my AC freezing over and not working at all. They (specific tech named Robert) came by that evening and got to work looking for the culprit. Robert answered all of our questions and walked us through all of the options/ solutions available. He stayed on the job until the issue was fully resolved. He is incredibly knowledgeable in this field, very patient and extremely professional. Robert, THANK YOU for all of your hard work this week! I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

CPR Plumbing was the one of the best plumbing company I had ever used. Chad is very responsive and made himself available at the earliest time he could do. His quote was very fair compared to other companies and he is a honest guy that I can trust. Thank you!
