We called Reeves to install 2 toilets. They were on time to do the install and only charged the estimated amount even though it took longer than planned. We will definitely use them again.

Jacob and his apprentice arrived on time. Within 5 minutes they were able to locate the problem and provided a quote. They had the problem fixed, packed away their tools and cleaned the mess quickly. I'll be requesting them again once I break something else.

Highly recommend Dallas Plumbing Company. They have great customer service and are very responsive. We've used them for detecting and repairing an under slab leak and were impressed with their service.

They are always super responsive, honest and do excellent work. My whole family uses them for everything. When my AC broke they were able to help on the same day in the middle of the summer and just did the same with my water heater. I really like that they break everything down and always give several options. Definitely recommend!

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

I had a leak coming down my kitchen ceiling and found that my water heater was leaking from the attic through the second floor and down to the kitchen. Baker Brothers came to our rescue and took care of everything: they were professional, thorough, and required no follow up. I have since used them 3 more times for my plumbing services. They have many technicians in house so they’re able to be responsive to immediately take care of pretty much anything that water runs through in my house. I’ll keep using them and I highly recommend them.

Given the emergency of the cold weather this company went above and beyond to take care of the pipe that was leaking in the kitchen and adverting a much bigger pipe break. Also, the plumber verified that all the water heaters and faucets were okay. They were willing to come at 11pm if I was available to take care of the emergency, gladly before the winter storm became worse they were able to show up at 7pm that same day. Much to my surprise it was also inexpensive. Great job! I reccommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

GWS was referred to me from a past customer of theirs. They said he went above and beyond for them. As a Realtor that means a lot that when I refer a company that they are willing to do everything possible to get the job done correctly. I have consulted with them on several issues clients had especially determining if a home was worth purchasing due to plumbing problems. I have also called him several times in emergency situations to which he arrived within an hour. I will definitely continue to use GWS and trust their expert opinion for myself and my clients.
