We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. Herndon McFarland was recommended to us via our insurance company. They completely replaced our entire sewage system under our slab foundation. I've had multiple great experiences with Peerless Plumbing Company and today was no different. We suspected a water leak, so we had the water turned off before heading out of town for the weekend. We returned home late last night and early the next day Bill from Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX showed up at the door. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked into all of the possible sources of the leak, thoroughly explained it to us, and determined that the leak was likely in our irrigation system. Although the problem couldn't be resolved, he gave us with plenty of information so that we now know who to call. Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX is always dependable, trustworthy and considerate. Worst experience with initial visit from a repairman that i have ever had. The worker was strictly factual, no personality. He had the audacity to give me a quote 10 x's more than it should have been. The part costs for a condensation water pump is $153.06 online and one to two hours of labor would have been required, not $1,549.00 for parts and labor that the work was estimated at. In addition the estimate clearly stated: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY WATER LEAKS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY WATER LEAKS OR LEAKING IN THE FUTURE. Who in their right mind would agree to NO WARRANTY??????

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Donny, the lead for work was super communicative throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.
