Hot water heater went out this morning. Got a new one installed same day, within hours! Very prompt and professional service from the lady who answered the phone, to the technicians who came to my house, all at a fair price. I've been a Cody & Sons customer for many years and will continue to call them whenever I need a plumber!

Chris did an incredible job! The problem ended up being much more severe than we expected because a pipe was broken so that it was necessary to cut a hole in the drywall to access and repair it. He worked quickly considering the damage involved. He left the bathroom clean and cut the piece of drywall neatly so that the drywall can be repaired more easily. He was very professional and courteous.

24 Hour Emergency service is what I needed and could not find anyone else to help us.They came out and the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper once he got to us. Thank god because I have a 3 year old and cant afford emergency plumbing repairs. The excellent customer service they showed was outstandng my 3 year old was a little scared but they showed him what was to be done and he went on to bed it was amazing! I couldnt get him to bed before that for anything. Thank you guys so much.

Christi answered the phone. 3 times within the first minute she ran up my bill. All I wanted was my toilet fixed but, her entire focus was grabbing as much money as she could. I mentioned I own commercial and residential property throughout D/FW and thought I'd give these people a try. Typical scammers. Stay away!

There are plumbers and then there's PHS Plumbing. First of all, I didn't have to wait on hold to speak with someone. That means I'm not just a number in line.PHS was prompt and very professional. Had them come out for a gas leak - my bill had gone up 400%. I liked that they explained what they were going to do, everything upfront so I knew what I was getting into. They fixed the problem in no and will be back for other items that need to be fixed.PHS is going to be my first call moving forward.Ps. Gareth was very friendly with my pups.

Everyone starting with the initial phone call and ending with the repair work and technicians was very professional, and great. As the work progressed, the wonderful technician explained what he (they) were doing and the purpose of the way the work was being done. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they were very personable but professional and answered ALL my questions. Therefore, I totally understood and understand what they did and why it was done as they did the required work. They take complete pride in their work but most importantly in the outcome of their work for their clients. I would definitely use them again and without hesitation.

I had a clogged sewer main in one of my duplexes that tuned out to be multiple points of failure in the sewer system. Jeff went out of his way to not only get the job done well, but he was friendly and respectful to my tenants - who ended up having their hallway dug up for 5 days. His pricing was fair and final bill was exactly what he quoted - although I know it went over his initial estimate. Jeff is my new go-to guy for all my pro plumbing jobs.

I have been using A-Star ever since the bought Wilson A/C company. They have always been responsive, professional and on time. I have a maintenance contract with them and they have honored that contract without any problems. I highly recommend them and I have passed their name to several friends. Great people and company.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
