Jordan and Juan were so friendly and informative about my drain issues; explained all the possible causes and ways to resolve, starting from least expensive to the most. Very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to have them back, should there be a need, or use Metro Flow again. Five stars and an A+!!

Eddie, Lee, and team have been a joy to work with. They were able to find and fix a complicated pipe leak that was a full foot underneath the slab. They also identified two other leaks and fixed them in a timely manner. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

Got cut off before I was finished. I was very impressed with the way they did not make a mess, they were reasonably quiet. All in all it was a very good experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a broken pipe in front of our hone. Robert & Sanchez did a great job. They were like detectives finding and repairing the leak. Will definitely use Rodgers plumbing again! Shirley o. The dispatch was also wonderful, responsive and kind!!

2 serviceman show up to blow out drain. They originally were going to cut PVC pipe and reroute. All they did was blow out the drain so water wouldn't leak into the safety pan. They failed to move the pan back where it belonged and didn't replace the auto cut off switch that sits in the drain. Also, they didn't wear covers on their boots so we had dirt tracks everywhere. $400 for this!I have had drains blown out for $120. I will not call ARS for services again.

Very professional, prompt and respectful. I would highly recommend uaing them. We had an issue with an upstairs bathroom and a/c line. It was tough, but he stayed after it until he fixed the issue. Fair price for great work.

CPR Plumbing did a great job for us! Called 3 different plumbing companies. One was booked, the second quoted a price several hundred dollars above CPR Plumbing; which was the third company I called. (Side Note: I actually called the original company back and asked his opinion of the prices and what they would charge for the service if not booked. He stated the CPR Plumbing price was very fair) At CPR Plumbing I spoke directly to the owner who was great to talk to. They were full but were able to get me in. The owner had a crew on the way out that was running behind, so he came out to my home himself to start working on the pipe leak before his crew arrived. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and respectful. They explained everything and all the options and allowed me to choose. The owner stood by his price and completed the job in around an hour. Thankfully mine was an easier fix and no tunneling or breaking ground was needed. He offered a warranty on his work and even offered to come back by the house when I called with a follow up question. I would highly recommend CPR Plumbing to anyone. 5 Star experience all around!

Was referred to them by my warranty company. Never returned phone calls or kept appointments as promised. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience after many promises not kept.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.
