The person who actually performs the work, I think his name is Jay, is actually very good… i’ve actually used him a couple of times. The reason for my poor review is because of the person who answers the phone, constantly have to call him back and this final time I tried to use them I called him back twice and both times he claimed he would have someone call me but nobody ever did. I assume he is the problem not Jay but I could be wrong. Gave up and started using someone else.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge.
