Best Leaking Gas Line in Dallas TX

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! I am so impressed and will definitely call AAA Auger again and request Frederick! The tenants and my husband are also very thankful to Frederick for saving the day! He is awesome! God bless him!

Clint was fantastic! He was able to come within an hour of me calling in for an appointment. He fixed my plumbing issue in a very timely manner and was very polite and cleaned up after himself. If I have plumbing issues in the future I will definitely be requesting him.

Eddie, Lee, and team have been a joy to work with. They were able to find and fix a complicated pipe leak that was a full foot underneath the slab. They also identified two other leaks and fixed them in a timely manner. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Baker Brothers team was on time, explained everything thoroughly with cost breakdowns. They kept me up to date on the EV charger install and cleaned the area once complete. The installation looks great and works as expected.

Plumber Tim did an excellent job. He answered my many questions about the work proposed. He even notified neighbors that the water would need to be shut off briefly. Highly recommend!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

STAY AWAY from this place do not give them your business!
Owner does not look out for the customer especially when his worker wanted to make a simple mistake (that he made) right. He wanted us to pay for it and did not take responsibility for any of it. Does not seem to place value on integrity and ethics.

Aaron provided prompt service, was courteous, explained all details on work being completed, and left our bathroom clean. We have used Benjamin Franklin multiple times and will continue to call on them. Aaron's work is a great representation of the company.

PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company unless you have money to throw away. I gave 1 star because they are prompt. I contacted the owner and have yet to get an answer or anything.I got royally screwed when I called them out for a leak and needed an estimate.It turned out to be the toilet seal and flange needed to be replaced.I was charged $ 660.00 (he said he gave me a 75.00 discount). to replace a wax seal (6.98) and a flange (17.98), Home Depot prices.Once he detected the problem took less than an hour to fix. I paid 620.00 for labor.I will never ever call them again, they took advantage of my situation.I called 2 other plumbers and was told I should not have been charged this amount. This is being over billed.Thank you for reading.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.

Will claim their workmanship is not the problem at day 91 post repair and ask to charge you full price to redo their work.Also had to schedule an emergency call for 2 calendar days after the work failed. Causing me to go without water for 3 days.Then they were 6-8 hours late showing up and couldn't complete the repair the same day. They could just cap it and schedule a follow up visit. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. That time frame is going to be 2 days I was told.That's the final straw for me. Three strikes you're out.The final repair I am taking elsewhere. They lost a customer.
