They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! Last Monday, I quickly decided to phone 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC and they got back to me right away. I had a blockage issue that had caused a mess but they managed to fix it.

Baker Bros has been my go to for HVAC and plumbing. Today's visit was for a plumbing leak. Lindsey in Customer Service listened to the problem and got me booked right away. Alfredo and his helper arrived earlier than anticipated and diligently worked to find the leak, make the repairs and my estimated cost was the price I paid. I highly recommend Baker Bros, as well as Alfredo Meza! Thank you all for outstanding service!!

The good news. The bad news. The worst news.I'll start with ....Bad news: They have a very dishonest plumber named John working for them. Last year, we had this company come and do some work at our house. He spent all day at the house basically doing nothing and charged us $1000 and he wanted to come back the next day to do more work and charge us more money. The funny thing is, he never figured out what was wrong.(We ended up hiring a different company and they did a wonderful job!)The good news: They have excellent customer service representatives answering their calls and scheduling appointments. The two women I talked to were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful.Prior to my encounter with John, I met another plumber named Dwayne, who was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. No fuss, no frills. Just get in and get out. I didn't think anything bad about the company. So why not make a follow up appointment right?Wrong....!!!The worst news: So after my experience with John, I tried to reach out to Flow Plumbing (several times) to try to talk to them about what happened. Nothing happened. No call back. Nothing. All I heard were the sounds of crickets!I'm actually glad this happened because if it didn't, we wouldn't have found the company that we hired and loved! I guess things happen for a reason.

Working with Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas has helped me immensely with the installation of my bathroom. The company was able to take care of the plumbing, tiles and finishings in one go. I'm really happy with the quality of work they do and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional bathroom installation

Sam is exceptionally good at his work. I will trust Sam any day with our plumbing related issues than any one else. It’s his knowledge and his honesty I like the most.

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.
