I initially contacted Tribeca for installation of a sump pump but when Jay came out he noticed that I had some french drains that had been covered up. He suggested I let him unclog those and see where channeled the water to before proceeding with sump pump installation. He spent about two hours and was able to find the egress points of the french drain system that were buried under about six inches of dirt. This was why they were not draining correctly. He cleaned them out and got them functioning again. He ended up saving me a ton of money. I was expecting north of $2,000 for a sump pump installation. But because of his honesty and integrity he found a better solution than just installing a sump pump, saving me $1500+ I don't think many others would have had my interest in mind and just would have sold me a sump pump installation. I'm very grateful for Jay and Tribeca and wholeheartedly recommend this company based on my experience. They are definitely my go to plumber from now on!

Reeves came out to do a clean out of the sewer line due to a clog. The clean out was satisfactory. At the same time, I received a quote to repair the sewer line. When I called to schedule the work, I was told the proposal was wrong, I was quoted the wrong price, and the new price was $2K more than the price quoted. I have a written proposal detailing the costs. Reeves refused to honor the proposal and quote. This is unprofessional.

Licensed, bonded and insured, Pure dispatched plumbers Jordan and Uriel who were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Fairly expensive project, but worth the cost.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with Master Plumber Jeff. We had two plumbing issues within a week and were put on the schedule quickly each time. Jeff diagnosed the cause of a leak quickly and repaired the pipe joint all in one afternoon. Then, a week later, he was back to fix our disposal which, of course, he did in no time. Thank you, Mr Rooter and Jeff, for your expertise!

Company was contracted to do “cure in place” piping, understood to be for all of the house building drain, and it wasn’t. When we had an issue with it, the manager came to our house with his assistant and was one of the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional individuals I have been ever encountered. We even went out of our way for him, putting our barking but friendly dog in his crate and stopping an audio recording when he requested it. (What did He have to hide?) He proceeded to extort me into paying our remaining balance before he would turn our water back on even when I told him I would honor the contract terms of paying the second half of the bill upon job completion.Postscript: Company manager called me complaining about this review and tried to get more business from me. He is not getting any more, and the review is not changing.

Called to get a quote on a new ev charger installed. I knew I needed a service and panel upgrade before doing so, and Daniel Stengel did an AMAZING job of explaining everything and what my options could be. I really appreciate that he took the time to walk through everything with me and spent the time making sure I understood what would need to be done and why. I didn’t “use” the business yet, but when it comes time for a decision, Daniel has set my expectations for the job. Gas leak pressure test was done and leak detection found. Repair was done efficiently and with honesty to the required work needed. The plumber was professional and responsive. Thank you.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

Excellent, timely service. Diagnosed the issue and presented viable alternatives. They will be my first call from now on.

The only plumbers I will use from now on. I’m sure several companies do good work in the first place, but few if any could be as honest when things go wrong. They did a series of repairs for me explaining everything along the way, but after a few days we had a new leak. I was convinced that it was part of the same problem, but they corrected me saying that it was their mistake and they would cover it. Even after their insurance refused to kick in, the company replaced my floor and performed many hours of plumbing labor to put things right. I’ve met both owners of the company and let me tell you, Joe and Nick are your go to guys. That type of honesty is easily worth twice the more than reasonable price that they charge.

They had to dig to repair a pipe. They fixed it and did a great job filling the hole and cleaning up afterwards. I’m very happy with their work.
