My hats off begins with the phone contact with Tammy who answered the phone. The most courteous, friendliest person I have dealt with in a long time on the phone. We were scheduled quickly, the plumbers were prompt, honest and professional. Reeves Family is our plumber!

Daron arrived within an hour of my original call and was very direct and informative. They left the space cleaner than it was prior to my water heater going out and the install looks very well done. Very happy with the service I received.

Placed an emergency call and was told someone would be sent out. No communication for several hours and I had to call back to find out my request had be rescheduled for the morning. Called in this morning and was told no one was coming. They want your credit card info upfront and will charge $99 just to come to your property.

Wade was outstanding! He went above and beyond to fix our issues, even recognized a potential future issue for us. He was easy to talk to and straight forward, gotta appreciate that.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. If i could give a zero i would, i called around 3:30, set apt for them to come and unclog kitchen drain. Waited n waited and called at 6 pm too check when they were coming because they close at 7 and was told im sorry they are busy and cant come, can we come tomorrow. I advised no i work from home and was not able to to be available tomorrow. First time calling and will be the last, they gave no notice i had to find someone that would come after hr and extra charge......DONT USE!!!

The staff at 3G Plumbing is so knowledgable and HONEST. They recently diagnosed the need for a major plumbing repair. During the repair, it was discovered that the expensive repair was not needed. They let us know.. Needless to say, we were thrilled. I highly recommend this company.

Richard Ney did a well check on the hot water heater as part of our maintenance plan. He found an issue with the auto shut off system and corrected it. Very personable and knowledgeable plumber. Great job!

Matt is friendly, punctual, honest, and professional. He quickly took out my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also fixed a leak in my hot water line fast. We've used CPR twice in the past couple of months, once to replace a corroded spigot, and again today to get rid of a major clog in the washer drain line. The receptionist was able to explain our special circumstances to Chris and a crew came out right away, and fix the problem quickly. For the record, we did a load of laundry just now and it's draining just fine. Thanks for the fast turnaround!
