They charged $200 for less than 1hour of work without replacing equipment. That’s on top of the $125 service call charge so it was $325 for something I could’ve probably done myself but as this was a rental property and I was out of town, I had to have someone tend to it fast. I do not recommend Tribeca and will not be using them in the future unless they make it right. It was not a fair deal. All that to say they did get the work done in a timely manner but it not for a fair price.

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn’t leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I’ll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you’re lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again fellas.

Late Saturday afternoon, Labor Day Weekend, my kitchen sink backed up after hosting a luncheon for 12. And, to make matters worse, my husband was out of town on his annual dove hunt. What a dilemma I was in. Sink full of dishes, and water backed up in both sinks. Help was needed. I decided to look on line and see if there might be a plumbing company that could assist me...and, I located Roto-Rooter's advertisement stating they were available 24/7. I called, got their answering service, who said they would forward my call to one of their plumbers. I was skeptical, but within forty minutes a very nice young man, Moses (Moises) Perez called, and said that he would be at my house within the hour, and he was. He did a quick assessment; discussed the his procedure, and asked me if I agreed to the plan/cost. Which I promptly agreed to, because it was both $$$ fair, and logical. Moses, was most considerate, using shoe covers, gloves, clean drop cloth, etc. After snaking my clean out valve, he even washed/cleaned up my patio. Wow, I was back in the dish washing business in about one hour. Very rarely, have I posted a review, but I was so impressed, and most appreciative of his prompt attention and professionalism I had to share. Called these guys in the middle of the winter storm. They were quick to get to my home and had a solution to my problem within a couple hours. It should be noted that I had another company scheduled to come to my home the previous day that completely stood me up. Thank You RC Pros for being honest. I will refer you in the future!!

Hi - Gene was absolutely fantastic! We originally had contacted a different plumber to address a gas leak. That company did initial work but was not able to give us any dates as to when the work would be completed. And the house now had no gas! Gene reviewed the situation, created a plan of action, contacted the appropriate agencies for gas/permits and whatever, and completed the work on time and for the price quoted. We wished we had contacted him from the start and saved days of aggravation. Next time I need a plumber in Dallas I know who to call.

Came early for appointment. Tried 2 other rooter plumbers before them and neither could clear our clog. Technician got it done quickly and efficiently. Will use again!

Requested a coil cleaning service because this was recommended by the technician from the previous visit. When service was complete during current visit there was no coil cleaning completed and a simple AC tune up was only done. Either the technician did not read the service report or there is a problem with communication from the web services to the technicians. In his credit the servicer did offer to stay behind after he realized the mistake but there was no time available to restart this process.

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

Extremely courteous and professional. I had called several local and 'big name' plumbers to obtain an estimate for a clogged sewage return line. Received rediculously low and some quite high estimates from them all.I then looked again for a local (The Colony area) plumber and decided to call CPR Plumbing. Chad, was very easy to talk with, no high pressure sales tactics (like some of the others did), and told me exactly when he could come out and give an estimate.I was very pleased with his price, attitude and overall demeanor.I hired him and he and his crew had completed all of the work within about 4 hours. He didn't go above the estimate and even provided a warranty (5 YEARS!), which even the big name plumbers wouldn't offer.I will definetely use him again if needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family. A+++++!
