Jay arrived at my property in the window that was indicated to me on the same day I called. He immediately got to work and diagnosed the problem with ease. He had the parts to fix the problem including a leaking tub filler, leaking hookups for washer and dryer and rotten tub drain. He worked quickly and efficiently and resolved all the issues. He walked me through the repairs and provided a detailed receipt to document the repair. I would highly recommend Jay. Thank you for a great job!

Jason came out to look at a gas leak my wife bought to my attention. He’s was there as soon as possible and found a leak and was honest enough to tell me he couldn’t do the repairs. I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. I called them specifically telling there was a leak in the shower which was on the second floor to a wall on the first floor. They did not say there is a service call fee of $80 and the technician was barely there for a minute (when i say a minute, i mean literally).He looked at the wall on the first floor and says they can’t fix it and charges me $80 as a service call and leaves.

Matt has done several jobs for us, tub and shower installs, leaky pipes in the wall, and just recently replaced our sewer line and put in two new cleanouts. Hes honest and reliable, we wouldnt hire anyone else for any plumbing!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

CPR plumbing came out to my home to test for a potential leak and I am very happy with the experience. Pricing is upfront and not by the hour so there are no surprises which is great. They were able to set an appointment quickly and Adam was on time and friendly when he arrived. I would absolutely call them again if I need a plumber.
