I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

The service rep, Uriel was very knowledgeable and professional. The arrival time was nothing short of amazing. He quickly identified the problem.
I was also impressed that he was fair and did not try to upsell.

Matthew came out in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend and promptly stopped what could have turned have been a catastrophe situation with a houseful of guests.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather!

Way more knowledgeable than the other plumbers I've had experience with, they get the job done! And they even told me that because it had been within a year since they last came over, that it was free of charge! Even though it wasn't their fault they had to come back (I had to show proof of their visit and it was the same toilet). I swear I'll never use anyone again. And when I called to schedule something but they were booked for the day- they actually called me back and notified me that someone else canceled so I didn't have to wait until my scheduled appointment the next day- they could do it that day. I thought that was awesome.

Gas leak pressure test was done and leak detection found. Repair was done efficiently and with honesty to the required work needed. The plumber was professional and responsive. Thank you.

I've never had a bad experience with Frymire. But the man who came here today, has to be their best technician. Things I've noticed and had other companies out for, but couldn't find any problems. He opened those cans, worms spilled out. Within minutes told me problems I knew were there. Unbalanced blower motor rattling the wall. Please let this be the person who comes out often. Not always is ok. Like I said, Never a problem. Price has always been acceptable

Technician was punctual and was able to clean the drain very quickly for a fair price. Would recommend and will use again in the future

Garbage disposal not coming on. I was unable to find reset switch. Technician found switch within 5 minutes and had it working. $149.50!!! A bit steep for what amounted to little more than a service call. That was actually One Source Plumbing

Couldn't have asked for a better help! Sam was polite and ready to help with the unknown leak in my home. So thankful he was able to come out and get it fixed.

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

Woke up this morning to find my water heater had flooded half my house. After calling several local plumbers I felt best going with CPR. Chad with CPR came out the same day and I had a new water heater an hour and a half later. He was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, and performed a quality, affordable installation. I am relieved to know I have a local plumber I can count on now. Don't hesitate to give him a call!
