They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! Pure plumbing is awesome. I had a severe rattling in my pipes and was scrolling through web for best plumbers in the area. Pure plumbing contacted me and dispatched one of their skilled plumber Dillon Collard. Dillon was extremely professional and friendly, he did a thorough inspection of all the pipes and not just the area of concern and identified the root cause. He immediately provided me a report of his observations and best part he didn’t charge me for those 2 hours of work instead educated me on what the problem was and how to fix it. Then he provided me with a quote. The front office was also very friendly on call while providing me with various payment plans and scheduled an appointment immediately next day. Overall I had a really positive experience with timeliness of the work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing for anyone looking for honest work to be done on their homes. I never thought I would say this but “I HAVE MY FAV PLUMBING COMPANY NOW” most friendly service I have ever experienced as a home owner.
