He asked me to explain the problem he listened very carefully went outside to diagnose the problem gave me a price that was very reasonable fix the problem which was backed up pipes. Still waiting on a call back. They replaced our A/C unit last year. It’s been fine, but in a routine inspection a tiny coolant leak was found. Rick told me they’d have to order a part and I’d be notified when they did so they could come replace. I haven’t heard back yet, that was two weeks ago.

They are responsive , 24x7, very good customer service!

The installation of our new AC system was excellent. The explanation of the warranty agreement left a lot to be desired. Had to call the manufacturer to get the clear details of what they covered vs. what Wilson's covered. It was very convoluted and confusing.

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had bigger fish to fry than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't big enough, don't expect any help from this company.
