Called today because one of my units wasn’t working. They scheduled me for tomorrow and said if they had a cancellation they would call me for today. Within a couple of hours they had an opening and Jose was here within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in less than an hour. He was very informative and professional. I was so happy the problem was fixed within half a day of calling and a purchased a service contract that saved me some money on the part.Have used them in the past and have always been happy with them.
