Two thing that are my favorite part about any business, the owner goes into the field and doesn't try to offer services or parts I don't need. Dave came out, answered all my questions, and fixed my electrical problem the most efficient way possible. I would recommend this business!

Favian did a fantastic job. He showed up with his apprentice Angel. Walked me through the whole process and helped me understand everything he was checking. Made recommendations and even left me a quote when requested. No pressure to make a sale and he was definitely knowledgeable. I would definitely be using Milestone again

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

After being canceled on 3 times by another plumber I called Baker and was able to get on their schedule for the next day. Luis showed up on time and completed the task. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

I found this company online and did my research about them as well as called 3-4 other companies for estimates to come out for repair of my AC unit. I appreciated their quick diagnosis, the options they presented, and what I discerned to be honesty and integrity with each person including the technicians, the salesman, the installers, the inspection team, the clerical office follow up with phone calls and paperwork to assure my satisfaction. I also enjoyed their quick response when I had a problem to get it fixed ASAP so I would heartily refer them as I did to another friend who used them this week for her new AC unit. Today I used them again after getting 4 more estimates from other companies in the garage door repair/ installation business and had a new garage door put in. Also, my rod iron fence was repaired because these are conscientious people. They are diligent and they get the job done. Their prices in the marketplace for this industry are far superior with excellent warranties so I am a very satisfied customer and will trust them for any further need that I should encounter in the future with all the other services they provide.
