Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

They were referred to me by another contractor. They were on time and for me, promptness and good communication is more than most...that was good for me. They replaced my water heater and were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. My tech was Moses Perez! Good dude.

Highly recommend this company! Diego and Frank were excellent! It’s Saturday and we had a leak. We called 8 other companies and they all told us we were out of luck and they couldn’t come till Tuesday. These guys were super responsive and showed up unbelievably quick! They accessed our issue and got us a crystal clear price to proceed. The guys were very quick and I am thrilled with the quality of the repair! Frank and Diego saved our weekend! Thanks guys!!!

Mario worked with my schedule and not only educated me with his step by step process, he also got the job done in literally no time and such a professional manner. We have used Jar-Dab Plumbing since we first moved to The Colony in 1989. They were recommended by the morning coffee group that met every morning at a local restaurant. These were men who lived here and knew ALL the local service providers and how good they were. Jab-Dab has installed kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposals, toilets, and unplugged plenty of stopped up drains. They saved us plenty of money on hot water heaters, and given us advice that has saved us several times on various problems. We have always recommended this company, and will continue to do so.

I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.
