The service I received today from Roto Rooter was excellent. The issue was a stopped up sewer line and was an emergency. The technicians were confidence builders from the moment they arrived at the property and quickly analyzed the problem and then solved it!

Called out for a clogged drain, they were prompt, courteous, and priced fairly without any attempts to upsell or use scare tactics. Even ran a camera into the line free of charge to verify blockage was cleared.

I've had multiple great experiences with Peerless Plumbing Company and today was no different. We suspected a water leak, so we had the water turned off before heading out of town for the weekend. Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
