Best Drain Hydro Jetting in Dallas TX

I attempted to use this business. I had electrical work being done the same day. The plumber saw the electrical truck and decided they must be fixing my issue, skipping me entirely. No call or anything. They also repeatedly called the past few days ensuring I needed the job done which I said yes to several times. I don't believe they had any intention of helping me.

I called with an emergency ground leak. Tammy dispatched a plumber ASAP. William showed up and assessed the issue. He was amazing! He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. And he gave me some pro tips on the best ways to handle the next emergency until a plumber can arrive. What a great team here at Reeves! If you’re in the Dallas area, these are your guys!

Chase really helped out with the leak repair and drained the failed water heater. He and Uriel then quickly and cleanly removed the huge tank from the attic.

We have been smelling natural gas in our building for the last year. Finally called ATMOS gas they found we had a leak and shut our gas off. Called Dallas Plumbing down the street and they could not come out until 2 weeks later. SO I called Baker Brothers and they came out the next day. The service tech was very professional and caring. Also was very enthusiastic, and ready to get to work. Dont see that very often these days for someone gung ho and ready to get working. Highly recommend Baker Brothers Plumbing. And they are now are go to Plumbers from now on.

This was the most amazing service. My home warranty service left me high and wet. My hot water heater was leaking and I called and they got me 2 new hot water heaters the same day I called and installed. Everyone one else was telling me 2 to 4 days before they could help. The guys that came to my home were great and professional I will be calling again when I need plumbing service

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.
