Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

Marcus and Armando came quickly and discovered the issues and was very detailed to what was happening and providing detailed recommendations. I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

These folks give excellent customer service. I had an issue and called Customer Relations. Synthia expedited my call and arranged for a Service Tech to come out the next day. Paul came out and fixed my AC unit and checked it for any additional problems that I might not have known about. He was personable, friendly, informative, and also said he would be available for my contracted prepaid tune ups if I asked for him by name. Being a handicapped person, it is such a comfort knowing that ARS is keeping up with my cooling and heating systems. It gives me one less yhing to worry about

Absolutely terrible service. How do these people expect any business if they cannot keep their word. I placed an appointment, waited the whole morning/afternoon and the guy never gives me a call back. I had to call back to just to find out that they could not meet their appointment expectation after being told that a guy supposedly came to my door. Why not call the customer if you value their business?
