I discovered a clogged kitchen sink over Christmas. I called Reeves this morning and got an answer almost immediately. Thankfully they had some appointments today and the crew (JC I believe) showed up on time, as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the clog. Fast and easy. I had a great experience and will use Reeves for any future plumbing issues at my home.

Matthew exhibited excellent performance throughout the entire service call to clean out the stopped-up drainage system and made a good case for using the camera system to find and identify the location of the underground break in the drain pipe outside the home near the cleanout. This image confirmed that the PVC pipe had separated and let invading tree roots penetrate the drain causing the water backup in the house. It also showed the location very accurately and identified where to dig so the pipe joint can be replaced which will save many hours of unnecessary labor and expense. The only glitch was that he failed to leave me a copy of the invoice which was remedied with a call to the Mr. Rooter Dallas office. I would use Mr. Rooter again, request Matthew by name, and wholeheartedly recommend this company for plumbing issues to anyone.

Don't buy into these false reviews. This company will rip you off. They sent out their creepy master plumber who investigated our house for potential slab leaks. Before he said hi or anything he jumped out of his van with clipboard and the pricing sheet. He asked me what I was quoted but before I could finish speaking he cut me off with a higher priced quote saying this is what they normally are... red flag # 1.Prior to the plumber coming out I mentioned on the call that my water meter was spinning, so when he got here we checked it again. When he saw the cog slowly spinning he quickly jumped to conclusions and said yup, you definitely have a slab leak.. Red flag #2He comes inside, I proceed to show him the areas I was concerned about. He tracks mud all over my floors and has food from lunch still smudged on his face. That's fine.. I can get over that as long as my problem is diagnosed.His diagnostic procedures consist of him taking out a plumbers stethoscope as his main/only tool to locate a slab leak. For the next hour and half, i hear this loud CLANK every 15 seconds as the guy literally drops these 5 lb weighted blocks on my hardwood floor to locate the leak. Really, is that necessary?So the guy is positive he located a leak in two spots, off the cold water line, on the other side of the house, away from the problem areas I initially pointed out. So I bring up the original spots and ask what they could be and he says.. oh, 90% a sewer leak. WELL, OK.. why the heck didn't you say that from the beginning? He then writes up an extremely laughable quote to fix the leak he found. This guy was a nightmare.. he even joked about how I should just sell my house I just purchased because of all these leaks. I literally signed the check so the guy would shut up and leave.I called American Leak Detection and scheduled and an appoint a week later. Not only were the 100% more professional, their equipment and procedures were 100% precise. ALD charged me about the same for an accurate slab leak detection and sewer leak detection. The best part, the ALD plumber found the actual leak in a completely different spot and I do not have a sewer leak.In summary. Don't use these guys. They're scam artists. Theres a reason their business location on Google is a rundown apartment complex. Learn from my mistake.

I recently bought a house and needed some major sewer and plumbing repairs. Queen and her team were very professional and responsive. Donny, the lead for work was super communicative throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. The work done was excellent and they addressed a couple of small issues that were not related to the pipe work. I highly recommend HER Plumbing and I will definitely use this group for any plumbing work I need in the Dallas-Fort Worth area going forward.

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

I found Professor Plumb through Yelp by submitting a request for a quote. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink not draining.I submitted the request at 11pm (after hours) and received a response via Yelp Messages at 7am the following morning! We discussed the issue over the phone and they were able to get someone out at 9am the same day.The plumber that came out was on time and very respectful of my apartment. He was very quick in his assessment of the issue and went over the cost with me and the potential for additional cost if the clog was longer than 25 feet. I thought the quote for snaking the pipe was reasonable and I agreed with the quote and he started to snake the drain immediately. The work was quick and the plumber cleaned up after all the work.I am very satisfied with Professor Plumb and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Hopefully I won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely call Professor Plumb.
